I think Bill Bradley does a good job. I've called them at least 3 times over the years. They give time frames that they always seem to make. They come on weekends when reaching other plumbers seems to be a chore. They flat rate price their jobs (which probably leads to paying more than you would have to otherwise) and get the jobs done fast. I'm not sure, but they may be the only plumbers around that offer the """"water jet"""" service.. Its a water propelled hose, powered by an engine in the back of a van. Its expense. But it has the ability to fix some problems that using an auger doesnt seem to solve. For instance, a clog in the kitchen drain so bad that you can push your auger through it, but it will close right back down. So, their convenient, get the job done, have the tools to get it done, and they make their time frames. The 3 our of 5 stars is because they are expense. I'm sure that I could get more for less from others, but I know them. And 3 out of 5 aint bad. Its OK... Make it cheaper, then the rating might go up.

I would only recommend Bill Bradley if you want thieves in your home. 2 Bill Bradley employees (plumbers) came to my home to check the hot water in my washing machine. While one employee kept me distracted in the laundry room, the second one claimed to go to the bathrooms to check the water pressure (which made no sense to me). I noticed that he was gone for a very long time, so I went to check on what he was doing. He was NOT in either bathroom but he was in my bedroom closet, going through a dresser drawer. I called management at Bill Bradley and informed him what his two employees were up to and his response was basically """"Oh"""". He did not sound surprised or upset about his employees actions but he did have the nerve to bill me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Through the process of a new water heater-kitchen faucet and possible water leak, the overall experience with each and every employee has been above outstanding. In this day and age, it brings peace of mind to know heating-air conditioning and plumbing wise, we are in good hands. Bill Bradley Services HAS EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS of a service company. To sound corny, they made us feel like part of the family.

Charged me 405.00 for a thirty minute install for Insinkerator Badger 5 food disposal with 1/2 hp. It sells for 99.00 at local home improvement stores and on the Insinkerator website. Supervisor said price was inline with their charges. I paid it but won't be using them again.
