Not once but twice contacted Mr. Bonney for a job estimate, and he was not prompt at all when it came to following up. In fact, one of the two instances, he never contacted me at all. Perhaps his business is booming to the extent that he is constantly busy, but that is no excuse for not returning a call.

As a home owner with a growing family, affordability and quality are very important aspects of service. The first quote I received from a large, local company for a repair job was nearly $15,000(!) Of course, I kept searching and spoke with Bill Bonney.
Bill has incredible experience, as well as an experienced team. For the same job he quoted me a little more than the 1/3 the price of the other quote. I went as far as to clarify the service that I was told I needed to make sure it wasn't too good to be true. He was disgusted that a potential customer could be taken advantage of in such a way.
Bill did the job and even noted other items that should be repaired. Where other service industries would compel additional labor if it was warranted, Bill was apologetic and provided pros/cons of the additional labor. He was empathetic to my concern for repair costs. With all said and apparently done, Bill came back to my home TWICE to level the lawn so I can reseed. The rain was an issue but he showed great integrity and pride in his work. Thank you Bill for your services. Know that I will CERTAINLY RECOMMEND you to my family, friends, and colleagues.
