The basement drained suddenly overflowed pouring sewage into the bathroom. We all have covid. I am immune-compromised. My daughter in law was in tears with tiredness. It was awful. Bill was here on a SATURDAY morning despite his own risks and worked hard to help us.

Our basement floor drain was clogged up and every time we ran the water or flushed a toilet in the house the drain would push water up causing a flood in the basement. We called Bill Blair Plumbing at about 9am and Bill said he would be there in the 11am hour. He showed up at 11:01am. That was the 1st thing I noticed.

Then after assessing the issue, he immediately knew how to fix it and went to work. After all said and done they were very reasonably priced, and got our pipes working again in a matter of minutes. This was a huge saver for us as my wife was busy with our toddler and I was busy working.

Bill also went above and beyond and snaked our outside drain because he noticed it was clogged. We didn't even ask him to do this!

Hearing that he was a family owned business was the cherry on top, as we always love to support local small businesses.

I snagged one of his cards because of how impressed I was and will definitely be calling them again for any future services. Thanks Bill.

I was impressed with Bill's quick response, and he got my job done quickly, with a minimum of delays. All his employee's were friendly and very easy to work with. They displayed a very positive attitude, taking the time and effort to get the job done right. I would use them again.
