Had a good experience using them to remodel our first floor into a studio. However, our bathroom macerator pump broke down before 3 years, and we only learn now after calling the manufacturer about the warranty company that it was not registered for the extended 3 year warranty. We called Biilt about it. They never picked up the phone or returned my 2 voicemails.

We interviewed three companies for an addition onto our house and decided to go with BiiLT. They were similarly priced to one other, but we got a better feel from Ryan when getting an estimate. I am so glad we did. Brent was our project manager. We had a master suite added on, including laundry, closet space, and a full bath. First and foremost - they were on budget and on time FOR EVERYTHING. I had heard so many horror stories from friends who had contract work done, and I was shocked at how smoothly everything went and how responsive everyone at BiiLT was. There of course were issues. There always are - but Brent was always there to walk us through what was going on and ensure things didn't get off pace. Were I to do any work like this again - I would call them first without looking anywhere else. We even had issues with a neighbor who was just a pain during the process. Brent intervened and just handled everything. And the addition? My only regret is not doing it sooner. It is beautiful. I love my new master suite. I have never had the opportunity to live in new construction, and 4 months into living in this room, I still love it!

BiiLT Contracting replaced our carpet flooring with LVP and we love it! I highly recommend BiiLT Contracting for any construction project and had a great experience working with them: easy to contact and schedule, prompt responses, by far the lowest quote, great customer service, very professional, friendly and considerate staff, worked within set budget, workers cleaned up project area every day at the end of the work-day.

We recently had water damage to our kitchen which required replacing the flooring and fixing some drywall. We decided to renovate the entire thing while we were doing the necessary fixes. We found Biilt and couldn't be more happy with the results. We went from a dark outdated kitchen to a fresh, bright modern one, it's beautiful! The owners, Andrew and Mike, went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. The folks that did the work, Cameron, Daniel and Andrew were pleasant, respectful, and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone for their next project.
