My kitchen sinks were plugged up and not draining. I contacted Bigg Tree Rooter after reading other Yelp reviews. Adam scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. Adam and Hector came out and snaked out the pipes in my kitchen. They also used a camera to inspect the pipe and showed me that I have a lot of grease build up in the pipes. I was charged $50 for a clean-out, and was advised to do a hydro-jet cleaning on the pipes. Adam quoted me that the $50 will be applied to the cost of the hydro-jet cleaning if I decide to do that service ($699). I also plan to have a water line added to my kitchen to have for my future refrigerator/freezer ($499). I was impressed with their professionalism and prompt and on-time service.

After a recent storm, Adam and Hector came out to help with backed-up outdoor drains.

In just a few minutes, they were able to locate an old outlet that had been buried under some dirt and was totally clogged with roots. They also installed about 5ft of drain line to fix a poorly installed Koi pond overflow drain. Everything seems to be working well, and hopefully, with the big storm coming tomorrow, I'll be able to stay comfortably inside, thanks to their good work!

Working with Adam made it extremely easy. Initially, I thought that the valve in the shower needed to be replaced which entailed tearing out the wall. I have had others come and tell me that is what needed for over $1500. Adam was honest enough to tell me he could rebuild the valve and had a couple different options based off of if I had the old parts or not. I had thrown out the old parts thinking they were garbage and luckily Adam had another set that was compatible with my bath shower valve. Would definitely repeat and recommend.

Update: It has been over a year since BTR installed new plumbing. Adam remembered our family, and gave us a great deal on repairing our garbage disposal. It's nice to know that he cares about his customers. Most business owners could care less.

Adam saves our families Christmas Holiday ! I called Adam this morning at 9:30am and he booked me a 5:00pm confirmation via text message . He was on time in a professional equiped service vehicle . He had all the drain/sewer cleaning snakes to clear out any problem . I've worked in the Alviso at the sewage tretment plant for 15 years - Adam is squared away and professional .

Our toilets, wash basin and tubs were backing up with drain water this morning ( nasty Stuff) . The wife was stressing . Adam and his assisstant cleared out the problem . If you have accessible clean-out and 1st time customer he charges Only a $50.00 fee ( usually $ 175- $ 250). He sent a camera down the line to identify my problem( roots ). His expertise statement "" I cleared them for now but they will be back so think about installing a clean out here "": next to City's jurisdiction .
He wasn't done he gave me a 30 day warranty on top of all that . Talk about reassurance this guy is amazing . Go With BIGG TREE ROOTER PLUMBING to take all your headaches away . Thank you Adam !!! Merry Christmas
