Had to call these people a couple of times. We needed our main line to be rodded out the first guy came in our home pretending. Had to call again because kitchen sink still stopped up. 2nd plumber came early asked where maine line was which was in crawl space he rodded line out. No more problem. I won't use them again.

My opinion only. Big wrench = Big Price. Starting with the positive; called Friday morning after the gas company shut the off gas to the entire house, located in McKinley Park, Thursday evening. Peoples gas flagged 3 leaks. Big Wrench arrived late Friday evening and estimated $2375 for a half day work on Saturday. One person. Do the math on that! They came around 11:00 AM Saturday and worked about 9 hours. Found and reported as fixed 6 leaks. Pressure tested successfully. Then the price; $2875! (After negotiating them down from somewhere over $3000). That's $319.44 per hour. Ok they had maybe a length of 3/4 black pipe and a few unions. Could be $100 in material cost. Who makes $300+ an hour? If you're ok paying that per hour then go ahead. In my opinion that is excessive. Or maybe I'm out of touch. Will not hire again.

They were friendly in the beginning. I got estimate to fix plumbing problem in three stages. I agreed and one guy showed up did some drilling in the pipes but acknowledged did not resolve my drain problem. I paid them for the first stage but no one has called for second step. I still have the same problem when they showed up. It's been a month and nothing!!! Call someone who can finish the job not them!!!!

Plumber came out twice. First time to give me an estimate on a clean out of the main line, then I called them back after receiving a few other quotes and there's was the most reasonable. Plumber decided after a few minutes of being at my home that he wasn't sure if the line needed rodding afterall. 2 days later we had a bad storm and my kitchen sink overflowed all over the floors down my steps, and the basement flooded. Would not recommend!

Set an appointment to have them come bid for a big job. Left work early to wait for their arrival. They never showed up and didn't answer my calls or return my voicemail. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Big Wrench Plumbing is awesome!! Fantastic service, our toilet stopped flushing on Christmas Day.. I found them on here and went according to the reviews and they were all right. I called and Byran came out the very next morning, and very accommodating with the time we needed. Bryan was very professional and very proficient. We are very satisfied and will use them again. I highly recommend them!!

Friendly, professional, capable and value oriented. These guys are great plumbers. Use them and you won't be disappointed. Had them work on a sump issue and a clogged shower head and was impressed with their commitment to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional...schedule an appointment to have a leaking faucet fixed two days in advance...well the day of the appointment they were a no call no show and when I called to ask if they were still coming it took forever for them to answer the phone...when they finally did answer...they claimed they had contacted me and I said that I found someone else to do the job...which wasn't true...I had been cleaning my bathroom and preparing my house for them to come...so why would I cancel... the man on the phone had no consideration for the fact that it was their mix up... and really wasn't apologetic at all...he couldn't give me an ETA for what time they could possibly come and expected me to sit around all day (on a Friday) waiting for them...I told the man that I had somewhere to be at a certain time and his response was...""well what would you have done if we would have been able to fix the problem""...and told me that their mix up wasn't an inconvenience to me at all...he also told me that he would call me right back with an ETA and never did...so if you're looking for a nice dependable plumber this is certainly not the place to call...I guess a leaking faucet wasn't worth their time...smh...I would give this business no stars if I could, but you have to give at least one

I had a sewer gas problem on the main floor in the powder room and in the upstairs bathroom for over a year. I had several plumbers out and no one could figure out how to fix the issue. Big wench plumbers came out and fixed the issue. Byran, reset the toilets on all three floors. He also had to open the wall in the powder room to replace two pipes. I'm very satisfied with my service and will use them again. Very professional and customer friendly.
