I have to say I'm a perturbed... your guys did all the rough in work and worked with all the specifications for what was to be installed then you send me an estimate for another $5k+ to do the finish work of installing! As a general contractor and an interior designer with over 20+ years experience I don't see how it would take 20 man hours at a minimum of $125/hr per person (industry rate for journeyman wages) to warrant another $5k for installing a tub, toilet, shower panel and 2 faucets.

I also don't appreciate the fact that you've been ghosting me on negotiating the finish work estimate as I feel there may have been a misunderstanding. Your no reply at all is quite unprofessional as I'm now having to get someone else who didn't do the rough in work to come and finish what your husband and his uncle started. eeping fingers crossed no surprises as to the rough in work they did.
