Our spare bedroom flooded from the shower and the toilet. The technician came out he said that there was no stoppage. So that was $75 in the gentleman did nothing. A week later the bathroom shower and toilet flooded again. I called the company they said they do not guarantee drain calls. I had to pay to have my carpet cleaned the pad clean for $100. Now I'm in the same situation with stinky carpet and flooded bathroom. I would not recommend and I would not rehire. I bought my own snake from Harbor Freight and pulled multiple pieces of toilet paper and paper towels and tampons from the drain.

I got back into town from the Christmas holiday to find an outdoor faucet leak. No clue how long it had been going...could've been days! I called and they were able to get a plumber out and finished (!) within 2 hours time! Wonderful customer service, particularly for a holiday (New Year's Eve), AND a reasonable price!
