I'm very impressed with Rolando's service when replacing my home water heater! My water heater suddenly broke and my family was without hot water, so it was an emergency. He was available to come out the next day, brought over a new water heater, and replace the whole thing in just a few hours the next day. He arrived, along with a helper, with a big smile on his face, was super friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience a breeze. From the initial meeting to completion, Rolando explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. Rolando's expertise shines through in his work.

He didn't just install the new water heater; he also tackled some old piping issues and made necessary repairs to ensure a seamless fit. He also added a lot of safety features such as the thermal expansion tank, gas trap, drip pan. When he assessed the situation, he made proactive suggestions to improve safety - but he took it a step further by acting on all those suggestions. He cleaned up after and the area around the water heater was all neat and clean! I was very satisfied with the work and felt that he upleveled our safety from its original setup.

I know he also offers a wide range of plumbing and piping services, and given this smooth experience I'll be sure to call him again next time on any water needs! I'd recommend him anytime for anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy professional who does high quality work.

I had a kitchen sink clog, my husband bought two bottles of liquid plumber, followed the instructions but it didn't work. Wasted 4 hours of time trying. Rolando came out within 2 hours with powered snake. He was able to unclog it in an hour. He cleans up our kitchen after him and the whole family is happy. It's well worth the money. We should've just called him from the start.
