If I could give more than 5 stars for these guys, I would have! Barry was such a life saver and helped me throughout the whole process. I had no idea what I was getting into and the whole thing was terrifying until he eased my mind and walked me through the process. He made it so easy! He helped me replace my old one with a new Bradford White one and it seems like the best one out there. I'm extremely thankful and couldn't be happier with how smooth this whole experience has been.

Barry never got sick of my endless amount of questions and made sure every detail was laid out and easy to understand. He was very personable and never made me feel dumb for needing things explained more than once or twice.

I will absolutely be using them again for anything water heater related in my future. I can't imagine going anywhere else after this.

Highly recommend Big Sky Water Heaters for all your water heater needs. We called frantically on a Wednesday morning when we noticed a leak in our old water heater. We texted him pictures of the problem area and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone, give us an upfront quote and send someone out in the next hour!

The team prioritizes transparent communication, is very knowledgeable and efficient. Trevor was thorough, was able to replace the heater in an hour or so and walked us through all the adjustment knobs on the new heater when it was done. Trevor was a delight to work with, 5 stars all the way.

These guys are seriously amazing! Their receptionist was so amazing & kind to me! I was telling her I wanted someone to come out because my hot water wasn't getting hot enough even if I turned it up quite a bit. I just really needed hotter water & it was so annoying that it wouldn't get hotter even if I turned it all the way up. She put me on hold & the next thing I know a plumber was talking to me asking questions. He walked me through how to turn up the temperature on my hot water heater so that he wouldn't have to come out & charge me to do it himself. He could have easily charged me but was sooo nice to just walk me through it over the phone. I'm super happy. I'm SO glad I called this company because who knows how much another company would have charged me just to come out & turn up the temperature. You will seriously not regret using these guys! These guys were by far the most accommodating place I called. They were also some of the most knowledgeable when it came to replacing my old traditional water heater with a tankless system. Some companies that I called, refused to give any type of pricing or information without coming to my home. Barry took the time to explain everything to me and had a ton of patience.
Don't just hire anyone to install your tankless water heater. It's expensive and you want to make sure it's done right. I highly recommend the guys at Big Sky.

Instead if an estimate.Tankless water heaters are more expensive but to me it was so worth it. They also have a really really good warranty program that i would recommend to anyone. I'll be using them from here on out. Thank you Big Sky Water Heaters!

These people actually cared! I called a few other companies looking to fix my Rheem gas hot water heater and they were either not available or so over priced. Finally when I called Big Sky Water Heaters, Berry answered and was so great. He was so helpful and kind. I could just tell this company seemed more genuine then the rest. They offered me a free quote if I texted them photos so of course I said yes. They were really a great deal and could be out there in no time so I agreed. Like I said, Barry was great. I just let him do his thing while he was here and the repair was only about 40 minutes or so.

I'm so happy with their kindness and helpfulness. I will be sure to use them again. Thank you again Barry :D

I know nothing about water heater systems but as always, I do my research before contacting the professionals. So I researched how they work, general repair costs and things that could go wrong during the repairs. Then I called the pros at Big Sky Water Heaters. These guys were so knowledgeable and professional from first-contact that I knew I called the right place for help. We made an appointment and Barry came over for diagnostics and repair. After his initial assessment, he took his time explaining the problem, the repair procedure, and the alternative of a complete replacement. In my case, a repair made the most financial sense and Barry worked quickly and efficiently to get my water heater working again. The price was fair and i feel that I made the best possible decision by following their advise to make the recommended repairs.

Their great service and prices can't be beat. They are that good. I had called several weeks ago and discussed the possibility of getting a new water heater. Barry was helpful when weighing to pros and cons of getting a new one or just trying to repair it. All in all, it was a better decision financially to repair it for now and then replace it down the road. I was grateful he was able to help me work through this process and didn't pressure me into getting a new one right away. He was able to get everything fixed without any problems. It was a fast and easy process. These guys are trustworthy plumbers, they know what they are doing and they won't force you to purchase anything you don't want.

Trevor was so so so helpful! I still can't get over the fact that I called and literally within hours he was there to get my hot water back on. He made the process super easy. After I gave him my landlord's number he handled all the details, fees and other things with him. I just had to be there to let him in so he could get it fixed. Later that afternoon he was there and installed the new part super quick! I was expecting him to take a lot longer but no he was so fast!
I was worried that it would seriously take me a few days to find a plumbing repair service but these guys fixed my water heater the same day! I mean who wants to take a cold shower?! Not me!!! So grateful I didn't have to either! I would recommend these guys to honestly anyone! This has been such a good experience.

We had the pleasure of having Trevor work with us - he was personable and honest and ensured we got our hot water turned back on. Even though we've only used him once, it is safe to say he has us as customers for life! He was also very thorough on the rundown of how the warranty works, when we should use it, who to call, etc. I feel very secure knowing we have a 10 year warranty and that all the parts and tank will be taken care if if anything happens down the road!
