Thanks to a fall yesterday, a huge cracked & useless toilet - on a Sunday. My elderly father fell & I stressed ASAP for him please . Today, Monday morning, he called & said he'd shuffle appointments to do today, for my Dad. Super cool honest company, which is why they were my first choice, from previous two jobs. Thanks a lot Bill!! New beautiful toilet is ready for Dad!

Have never been treated with such disrespect and attitude. I thought maybe Bill was having a bad day with the foul language and hang ups? He proved this is style and it is not appreciated. Left the job before it was complete and did not return repeated calls for his return. I cancelled and called another company who was here in 30 min and fixed the problem. I do not recommend Bill with Big Sky ~ sorry =/

Terrible customer service terrible driving!!! After almost being ran into by this company on the road called to speak to the owner to let them know they hung up on me didn't even give a chance to communicate the problem. Safe to say I would never recommend them to anyone ever just from this experience alone

I had an emergency (clogged main line) at almost 5pm; in a house of 6 this was truly a problem that couldn't wait. Im handy, so I called around for a snake rental with no luck. After a quick search for a local plumber Big Sky plumbing came up and had good reviews. I called and without any hesitation he was on his way over. The owner himself showed up and wow, what a super nice guy! The price was more than fair and he was very thorough. My pipes are clear again and I've met my go-to plumber from here forward!

Very friendly. Told me what had to be done to fix my pump house plumbing problem. Prompt, courteous. Did a great job at our rental home as well. I'd give him a thumbs up !!!

I Called Bill, owner, because the hot water recirculating pump stopped working. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem as either the pump or a blocked line. Gave estimate including two pump prices. There was NO CHARGE for the estimate. Returned the next day and determined that the pipe into the water heater was completely blocked and the water heater would not drain. He replaced and re-routed the old piping, and replaced the expansion tank, which was faulty. I suggested leaving the old pump connected and see if it would work. It didn't as it was burnt up. He replaced the pump and all is good now. Very professional, and really knows plumbing. I was impressed and recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I had to have a connection made to the sewer system for Chino Valley. The installation went smoothly and Bill was attentive to all the drainage and connections. He often came back much later in the day to check on his work. About 3 months after the installation the monsoons began and the fill settled a good 2 feet in a section about 50 feet long. He had a subcontractor dig the ditch for the line and provide the backfill service. He should be responsible for the subcontractors he uses. I called to have him provide more fill and grading. 5phone calls over a 6 month period and I had no results. Finally after threatening BBB referral etc. Bill broke a pickup truck of ""fill"" and tamped in place himself. It never sunk again however the fill was full of log nails, glass and other assorted metal. I'm glad that I kept inspecting the area as more debris keeps popping up. It is confusing that he had such attention to detail in the beginning and then proved to be so aggravating and ineffective in finishing. I have the bag full of nails and debris if you would like to see it. Each year before I mow, I check again and find more. I have to mow this area with a push mower with hard wheels as I would not trust driving over it with my riding mower.

CAN I ENTER A MINUS RATING?
Kieth from Big Sky installed a NUVO water softener for us yesterday. He arrived just as I was leaving for work, so my wife dealt with him. He looked at the unit, said ""Oh, it has a bypass. This should take about one hour."" 3 1/2 hours later he was finished, charged us for $152 in materials (most of which we didn't need) and $241.50 for labor. Since my wife was checking on him often, at one point he said we ""had to"" install a separate bypass to avoid problems in the future when and if the built-in bypass failed. As Kieth was leaving our house he ran out of gas and the owner, Bill brought him gas. My wife talked to Bill in the street (she went to the store and was returning) and expressed her displeasure for a bill of $409.23 for a cartridge with an inlet and an outlet - that's it). She asked if the work was at least guaranteed and Bill evaded the question by telling her what a good guy he is. Never answered.....
This morning when I called Bill to complain, he YELLED at me, lied to me when he said my wife said she ""loved having Kieth do the work"". Yeah, like she would have a reason to lie about this. When I asked her about that she said ""absolutely not!""
I'm sure Bill will say I'm lying. Ask him if he can pass a polygraph. I darn sure can.
This is just my first step in trying to get justice. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!
Lesson to be learned: We think we are pretty hip old folks, but he got us on this one. ALWAYS GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BEFORE YOU LET ANYONE START WORK! ESPECIALLY BIG SKY PLUMBING!

Hands down the best plumber in northern Arizona. Bill is extremely experienced and prices his services less than other plumbers in the area. AND he is reliable and timely. I highly recommend Big Sky.
