Extremely satisfied with this company. We needed an immediate sump pump replacement to prevent flooding in the garage due to all the heavy rain as of late, and Richard's team showed up promptly and took care the problem without any issue. Richard and his partner were courteous, professional and very thorough on the details, and on top of that, the charges were totally reasonable. Richard even came back the second day to check up on things! Overall a great experience and can't recommend Big Rick enough!

I had been without a garbage disposal for a year because I was worried about who to trust for the job and wouldn't make up unnecessary repairs just to nickel and dime me. I have experienced this in the past.
Rick showed up right on time and and did an amazing replace plus cleaning everything up when he finished.
