This guy blew me off twice. Made an appt and after calling him to see if he was gonna show he said just got back into town after waiting on him for 5 days because he has outstanding reviews. Then he said I'll come wed between 8-9 I said please make sure to come I really need your help. He said I'll be there. Well guess what? He didn't show or even text or call and say sorry. He even turned his phone off and is rejecting my calls now. How unprofessional. All I ask is to communicate with me. Is that so hard? I guess it is. I cannot recommend this business. He's disrespectful and inconsiderate. Just tell me you're not coming. Is that so hard. I cancelled everything else so I could make sure to be available twice for this guy and he basically smacks me on the face. Thank you Big Red Wrench, your totally awesome

I was so happy to meet Tim from Big Red Wrench Plumbing and have him install the water heater. He was professional, kind, reachable and knew what he was doing. He made what was difficult for me quick and easy. If you are looking for a plumber, I highly recommend this company.
