I purchased a brand new washer and dryer which the company installed late on a Wednesday afternoon. They turned on the washer and told me that I would be able to use it once the first cycle was complete. When I came back a couple of hours later I found my entire laundry room under water. The company could not come out for several days to fix the problem (really?!?!) so I went to work looking for a plumber that could help me quickly. I called about 7 different places early Thursday morning and Big Picture returned my call within 30 minutes and they were out here in a couple of hours. The found the problem and fixed it for me and did not charge an arm and a leg for the fast service! I highly recommend Big Picture Plaumbing and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Dwayne responded to my request to come to my home to survey several plumbing items needed. We made an appointment to come to my home and on the day of the appointment, Dwayne canceled the appointment indicating a reschedule would be needed. That was February 9th. Today is February 21st and I never heard back.
