Made a call for service of a pipe leak with Amerishield Home Warranty, the following day Big Orange Plumbing sent Miguel G. He came to the house early and was very quick, responsive and friendly. After helping me solve my problem, he provided some good advice and took the time to make sure everything worked out. Very pleased with his professionalism. I will most likely call the company and him for anything in the future.

We had a shower valve break and leak and we called our home warranty company. They matched us with Big Orange and we were so happy to see the reviews were so high! Dean came out and assessed the situation and immediately said we needed to get remediation done and recommended an amazing company Flood Force to mitigate the situation to prevent mold or rot. Dean was very knowledgeable and fixed the shower valve leak easily. We appreciated it and it was also not hard to schedule a time!

I had unusual problems with my my bathtub drains and shower faucets. Several plumbers from different companies were sent out by Old Republic to assess the problems, but there solutions were too costly, not covered, or I was given misinformation. I had given up hope. Fortunately, Old Republic sent another plumber to assess the problems. They sent Dean, from Big Orange Plumbing. He was very timely, knowledgeable , professional, and a hard worker. He explained the causes of my problems and gave accurate solutions that were not financially outrageous. He made all of the repairs in a very efficient manner. I have decided that I will use Big Orange Plumbing and Dean in the future if I have plumbing needs. EXCELLENT JOB !
