I am so very glad that I found John with Big Ocean Plumbing. I'll never use another plumber.

It began with a scary almost overflowing toilet. It was the weekend but John, a recommendation of neighbors, came right over. My fears of the cause were eased some when he only brought in a bucket & very long metal tool. The culprit was a flushable wipe, which I had long ago cautioned everyone in the house not to dispose of in the toilet. All proclaimed innocence. But the evidence proved otherwise.

On the same trip John even took care of an irritating shower leak. He also solved a low pressure problem from the shower head. It was magic! That was the moment I proclaimed him my plumber for life.

This week, with my right arm out of commission due to elbow surgery, I went into a terrible panic. While here for Thanksgiving my son went over to check on work that was being done on a house I was readying for a new tenant. He returned with a notice from the city concerning a water leak. It was the last thing I needed since everything house related had gone wrong since my surgery. The solution was to call John.

John met me at the rental house Monday morning. He quickly found the cause of the leak & repaired it. Then he checked the outside water meter to make sure it was no longer showing water running through. You cannot imagine my relief.

John is prompt, honest and reliable. His pricing is a great value for the services provided. You won't regret choosing him as your plumber.

There's nothing like finding raw sewage bubbling up into your shower on a Saturday night. On the recommendation of some neighbors, we gave John a call, and I kid you not, he was here, drain snaked, problem fixed, and mess cleaned up all within an hour! Did I mention it was Saturday night? I'm sort of thinking I might have imagined the whole thing because nowhere in my brain did I think it would be possible to deal with such a disgusting and big problem so incredibly quickly. He's a super nice guy, too! Highly, highly, highly recommend calling John for any plumbing needs, especially if it's an emergent problem.
