DO NOT USE BIG N SERVICES - FRAUDULENT AND DISHONEST BUSINESS

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with Big N Services has been an absolute nightmare. I feel obligated to warn others about their fraudulent, negligent, and unethical behavior.

Back in May 2023, my insurance company paid Big N Services for repairs on my trailer. Instead of completing the work, they repeatedly lied to me. They claimed parts were ordered, out for delivery, or lost, when in reality, they had spent my insurance money on their own personal expenses. After months of excuses, they finally admitted they didn't have the funds to complete the job.

Not only did they fail to fulfill their obligations, but they also caused further damage to my trailer:

They improperly applied chemicals that stripped the paint off the back of the trailer.
They left scratches all over the trailer from dragging items on it.
They polished aluminum components without my consent, altering the trailer's original design.
To make matters worse, they improperly installed a mini-split A/C unit I paid for, which voided the manufacturer's warranty. They promised to replace it, but months later, they still haven't followed through.

Then, I discovered another layer of dishonesty: Big N Services misrepresented their insurance coverage. When I contacted their insurance company (State Farm), I learned that their policy does not cover automotive work at all--it only applies to home generator installations. This means they are operating outside the scope of their insurance, leaving me and other customers without any recourse for damages. Even the insurance agent and adjuster were shocked and apologized for the situation.

This ordeal has caused me significant financial and emotional harm. As a 100% combat-disabled veteran, I rely on my trailer for my livelihood. Because of Big N Services' lies and negligence, I've had to cancel clients and lose income. I couldn't afford to bring my daughter home for Thanksgiving, and I won't be able to buy Christmas gifts for my children because of the financial strain they've caused.

When I finally involved law enforcement and contacted the sheriff, they became desperate. They called me repeatedly, begging me to stop, claiming it would hurt them in a custody case Jessica Nowlin (co-owner) is facing for one of her children. While I sympathize with their family issues, what about my family? Their choices have hurt me and my children, and I cannot ignore the damage they've caused.

Additionally, I later discovered that Brandon S. Nowlin (owner) has a history of fraudulent business practices. He has been linked to other failed companies, including Forged By Design and Nowlin Construction, where he allegedly defrauded clients of over $100,000. This is not an isolated case--this is a pattern of unethical behavior.

Big N Services is a company that operates with zero integrity. They don't pay their employees (some workers haven't been paid in months), they lie to their customers, and they take money without delivering results. Another customer's truck has been sitting in their shop for over 1.5 years, and the paint job on it is a disaster--mismatched colors, dark spots, and poor workmanship on a $90,000 truck.

If you are considering using Big N Services, don't make the same mistake I did. They lack professionalism, honesty, and the proper insurance to run this type of business. I am pursuing legal action and urge others to avoid this company at all costs.

Save yourself the stress and find a reputable business instead--Big N Services is not it.

Brandon is the best in the business. Him & Jessica make an excellent duo. Them along with their staff, sure that the job is done correctly! Excellent customer service, and they genuinely care and want to help, not just collecting a check. Jack of all trades! This is my go to company for just about anything.
