I have to say this is the best plumbing service I ever had. My grandma had called me from work saying there was a leak coming from the wash room. I called Big Mike's and they had someone out in about an hour. By the time I got home the whole problem was completely fixed . My grandma said the techs were extremely friendly and informative. I'll definitely be calling them back!!

Not very happy , very, very expensive . they were their for less than 1 hr . charged me 300.00 dollars , They put a little glue on the leak . and said to do it right it would be 875.00 dollars . I was very unhappy

Great, fast service. I called just before 1pm and was told someone would call to let me know when they were coming. At 1:15, there was a knock at the door! He had been in the neighborhood so he just dropped by. He snaked my clogged drain and was done and out the door before 2pm. I had previously been told that I might have an issue with roots in my line, so we discussed the cost to diagnose that. After snaking, though, he assured me that he didn't see anything to be concerned about and no further investigation was needed. Very honest. Thank you for a job well done :)

These guys suck. They charged me for work that they didn't do. I thought it was complete, paid the invoice, just to find that no one ever showed up. Save yourself the frustration and the high blood pressure. Not worth your time. Also, compared to other plumbers, Big Mikes is very expensive.

Realized I had a leak from my shower faucet and I called and Nick came out to fix it. 30 minutes later he was out the door and problem was solved. He was courteous and helpful. Very happy with this service since it is a weekend...took 90 minutes total from time of call to time of completion!!! I will be calling back if I have any other issues!

Called Big Mike's today about a leak in my house. They came out at 7.30 in the morning and spent a couple of hours to identify the leak. Told me it would cost $975 since it's an almost entire day job. Left at 9.30AM, and never heard from them. Called the office who traced them and they returned at 1. Completed the job in about 15 minutes and demanded $975 for just a few hours work. Don't use them. They cheat.

I had Big Mike's out to clear my bathtub drain. They were quick, cost effective, polite and very professional. They had my drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. I would call them again for my plumbing issues. I recommend them very highly. Thank you Tim and your co-worker whose name I don't remember, sorry.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink in a 1977 mobile home. We called Big Mike's because they had good Yelp reviews. Their representative, Shawn, arrived within the three hour limit we were quoted after calling us twice to update his ETA. His free analysis and estimate were timely and accurate. Shawn had to rooter the pipes three times and go under the mobile home to dislodge the clog. He didn't give up, even in the heat of July! Not only do we have a well draining sink, Shawn cleaned up, double checked the driplessness of all joints, employed creative solutions and carried on a friendly yet professional conversation throughout his work. Even with the added challenges, we paid the price originally quoted. We hope to never have another plumbing problem but if we do we will call Big Mikes and ask for Shawn!
