Called Big Mike's today about a leak in my house. They came out at 7.30 in the morning and spent a couple of hours to identify the leak. Told me it would cost $975 since it's an almost entire day job. Left at 9.30AM, and never heard from them. Called the office who traced them and they returned at 1. Completed the job in about 15 minutes and demanded $975 for just a few hours work. Don't use them. They cheat.

I had Big Mike's out to clear my bathtub drain. They were quick, cost effective, polite and very professional. They had my drain cleared in less than 30 minutes. We had a slow draining kitchen sink in a 1977 mobile home. We called Big Mike's because they had good Yelp reviews. Their representative, Shawn, arrived within the three hour limit we were quoted after calling us twice to update his ETA. His free analysis and estimate were timely and accurate. Shawn had to rooter the pipes three times and go under the mobile home to dislodge the clog. He didn't give up, even in the heat of July! Not only do we have a well draining sink, Shawn cleaned up, double checked the driplessness of all joints, employed creative solutions and carried on a friendly yet professional conversation throughout his work. Even with the added challenges, we paid the price originally quoted. We hope to never have another plumbing problem but if we do we will call Big Mikes and ask for Shawn!

I just hired these folks last week to install a bathroom faucet. I would have given them Five stars, but I never give Five stars because that means you're perfect and there's not a one of us that is perfect, right? They were incredibly professional and fair. I called on a Sunday and someone answered the phone! Imagine that? I was already impressed! We schedule a person to come out at a specific time on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they called one hour before the schedule time to confirm the time and details. Again, very professional. Then they showed up on time! What? Yes, on time! Nice young man named Ryan came in, surveyed the situation, gave some professional recommendations, but didn't push them on my husband. He did the requested work and then cleaned up after himself. Charged a fair price and we love our bathroom faucet. Thank you Ryan and Big Mike's Plumbing! We will definitely use your services again and recommend you to our friends!

We had a sewage back up and was referred to Big Mike's. When I called they gave me an immediate quote and were at my home within an hour. Joe and another gentleman came and got straight to work, fixed the problem and maintained the quoted price! They were very professional, quick, and friendly. I definitely recommend their service!

I cant say enough good things about Big Mikes! I've had to call them out twice this year for fairly large jobs and both times they provided exemplary service. After speaking with a receptionist, the plumber contacted me in less than 15 mins to advise when they would be able to arrive. They assess the situation and thoroughly explain the problem, how they intend to fix it, and how much it will cost.

Joe, the plumber who helped me this week gave me best case/ worst case scenario and the price difference between the two jobs. He was able to make the best case repair but knowing both situations put my mind at ease. Joe was very polite, worked quickly and even swept the mess that was made by doing the repairs when he was done. This summer, my first repair with Mike's was completed by Oscar, who was equally professional and polite. He repaired a main in my front yard in 110 degree plus heat and remained composed the entire time.

As a woman making these decisions, its the highest compliment when a man can explain the situation without being patronizing. Neither Joe or Oscar spoke down to me, instead they took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered my questions. Their professionalism is much appreciated, and they will be the only guys I call with any future issues!

I may just call again to see a man sweep my kitchen floor ;)
