Could not ask for better.
Big Mike's was recommended to me by my plumber after describing my issue. I called off hours and left a message. I was delighted to promptly receive a call back. We made a decision based on my urgent call that service could wait until morning and eliminate any costly emergency charge. The workman arrived the next morning at 9:30 am and resolved the blockage. Professional, good problem solving skills, and polite.

My plumbing backed up, causing flooding in my downstairs bathroom. I was unable to use my kitchen sink or upstairs bathroom either and called big Mike's as I found a sticker on my furnace room door from when my parents had used them years and years ago when they owned the house, Mike responded right away after they opened I had left a message at 7 AM and by nine. he told me they would be on their way out before noon. His guys were polite and took care of the problem and the price was very reasonable. Now I know why my dad called Big Mikes all those years ago!

The owner is very straight forward. That's how I like it. They helped cleaned two septic tanks for me and price is reasonable. Will use them for sure for future clean service.

I just called Big Mike's Septic tank, only to be greeted by a nasty lady. I called specifically for Pat Carfagno. Apparently Pat was not available, which is fine. But once I asked to leave a message I was told I couldn't and was hung up on. When I called back and asked for the dispatchers name, she refused to give it to me. She says just call me Pat. I'm her daughter anyways. I am unsure of whom this lady is but she has a really nasty attitude and is very unprofessional.

We had him come out today because we heard bubbling in a toilet and he cleaned out filters and was very honest and charged us less than $80. Last Company we called came out for same problem and charged us $480 and insisted on pumping even though we had just pumped a few months prior. We are very happy with this service and we will be using their service only from now on! It's hard to find honest people in these industries.

Called them this morning for an emergency drain cleaning.. They arrived within two hours of my phone call which I thought was very impressive considering the circumstances. The technician that came was very nice and even entertained my curious 18 month old son that insisted on watching him work. They were fairly priced and it was an overall pleasant experience from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them!
