I discovered water under the flooring in my master bathroom. I called Big John's Plumbing and Rudy came to my house to do a leak detection test to see where the leak was coming from. He was courteous upon arrival and he told me exactly what he would be doing. He kept me informed when he found the source of the leak (I actually had a leak in the hallway bathroom too). He showed me the leak and let me see the new pipe after he installed it. Rudy did excellent work and I was pleased with the job when he finished. I would definitely recommend Big John's Plumbing.

Our Toilet sprung a leak and having used Big Johns before I called them right away...They were able to schedule a technician out right away which was a nice surprise. Rudy arrived right on time and quickly accessed the situation explaining the reasons all along the way...Pulled the toilet and fixed the problem in short order...

Rudy of Bid John's Plumbing was fabulous when he replaced a toilet. He was very patient with having to deal with me in San Diego but the job at a family's house in Riverside. We communicated back and forth about appointment times and the right toilet we needed (for disabled family member). He arrived to do the job at the appointment time. He was nice to my family and finished the job to their liking. I will use them again for sure.

I Had an emergency slab leak wasn't able to get another local business to even give me a call back. Big John's Plumbing had a plumber out to our home within 90 minutes of our call to request an estimate for two projects. We had two prior estimate appointments. One added so much to our estimate request, that it was ""upsold"" to the tune of 17,000! The other called back to set an appointment after Big John's had already started the projects. Our projects were completed in a day and a half, and we couldn't be happier!

We have an older home, they often come with plumbing problems, which is no surprise. What is a refreshing surprise is Big Johns Plumbing! They always send great plumbers on time, on task, but we got the best when they sent Rudy. He's knowledgeable, experienced and most important- an extremely nice person! Professionalism with kindness is a rare commodity with any construction trade, but you can certainly find it with Big John's + Rudy.
