Big Island Plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. Glenn and Tai are super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to solve any plumbing issue. I had several plumbing issues and called to schedule an appointment, they were at my door 20 minutes later!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. No need to go with anyone else!

Our issue arose on a Monday morning and I called multiple plumbers. Big Island Plumbing was the only one that actually answered the call. (It didn't go to voicemail and it didn't go to an answering service.) They were here within an hour. Tai worked hard to identify the problem. He answered my questions. He explained it to me. And he re-explained it, patiently, to my spouse, answering even more questions. Couldn't have asked for a better interaction. And the price for the work was far less than I expected and absolutely fair. Highly recommend.

I can't recommend Big Island Plumbing highly enough! They're knowledgable, professional, courteous, punctual, respectful. And clean! Can you imagine a plumber taking off his shoes - without me saying a word - before stepping inside? Offering to wear a mask during COVID (as opposed to a previous plumber reading me the riot act since it's no longer ""required"")? Cleaning up and changing clothes before coming back to explain what was done, what still needs to be done, and discussing the bill? I couldn't believe it either. But it's true, and now that I've seen how great these guys are on two occasions, they're the only ones I'll call in the future.

I had an emergency plumbing situation and these guys were able to come over pretty quickly and resolve it! Super friendly and very nice on top of being professional and very reasonably priced. They were in and out relatively quickly and were pretty anal about cleanliness and being precise. A huge win for me! It's hard to find a knowledgeable, honest AND reliable plumber these days. These guys are definitely my top choice to call for future projects once the need arises. I'm so glad I found them!!!
