Fantastic service, completely on time, reasonably priced. We had an emergency at 9pm at our restaurant and he was willing to come out that night, answered the phone immediately. Ultimately we scheduled for the following morning and it all went smoothly. He also gave great advice and drain strainers to reduce chances of future clogs. One of the most professional repair and service companies we've ever dealt with!

Judd was responsive, timely and informative in regards to older infrastructure and modern low volume flushing toilets not using as much (1.5 gal) water to move waste through older septic systems... so well probably take his advice and downgrade to older toilet (up to 4 gal) flushing toilets... or for now flush 2 to 3 times for greater water volume.. Thank you Judd And his rate $300 was reasonable and come with 3 month to 6 month warranty

Judd and his crew were fantastic! They came right away and replaced old pipes from the 1970s (had to dig under the house, etc ) in less than four hours. We would highly recommend him for his integrity and know how!

i have two properties that are impossible to get to with a regular septic pumping truck. Judd came over to Kona from Hilo and pumped out those two tanks with a trailer mounted pump/tank, the ONLY way those tanks were going to get pumped. Thanks Judd. Very highly recommended.

SO...WE HAD A SITUATION!!! For Awhile, We've Been Noticing Water Getting Slowly Backed Up In Our Laundry Tub Every Time We Used Our Washing Machine. We Washed A Batch Of Clothes Today And All I Hear Is A Gushing Waterfall Coming From The Laundry Room & See The Laundry Tub Overflowing. I Immediately Stop The Washer And Buss Out My 25 Foot Drain Auger/Snake And I Was Unable To Reach The Clog.
