I had a great experience with this company. The owner Gregg could not be more helpful. I wish there were 10 stars instead of 5.

Pathetically poor customer service from the extremely rude FELICIA who answers the phone at Big G Plumbing. Today when trying to confirm the time for their arrival and requesting a 30 minutes ""heads up"" for their arrival, Felicia told me to ""JUST BE THERE"" at the property address and that their technician would call me when he was leaving his prior job and that he would only wait 15 minutes before leaving for the next job if I could not make it to the appointment address (a rental on the other side of town from us, thus the request for a 30 minute courtesy call as we don't live there). She totally talked over me, raising her voice - telling me that I NEVER asked her when the appointment was initially made (2 weeks ago) for a 30 minutes courtesy call - that I must be mistaken. So she was calling me a liar. So unprofessional. WOW~! Then she promptly hung up on me. So at that point I didn't know if we still had an appointment or NOT. I called her right back but she did not answer the phone, so I asked her to call me back and that I felt she owed me a apology for talking over me and hanging up on me when all I was trying to do was obtain their arrival time window. By the way - this was at 10:45 today and their arrival window today was between noon and 2:00 - so you would think my request would be easy to accommodate since we were so close to the time window. She treated me like dirt. Then the owner GREG called me and he said he was canceling our service today, he thought it was best to not service our property. I'm not sure what his office person FELICIA told him but if he heard her side of the conversation he could only imagine that I was talking as abusively as she was, but I certainly was not. I am a professional business owner and would immediately FIRE any of our employees who would treat a customer the way FELICIA did. He chose to be weak and to side with his office person vs. asking me to discuss the situation. I told him that we were so close to the job being done today, that I just wanted a 30 minute courtesy call, and that I was not understanding why he would cancel the appointment that we had waited 2 weeks for. Suffice to say that at this point their company is OFF our radar for many reasons, they are a total disappointment for allowing a worker to talk to clients the way FELICIA did today. I've never left a bad rating for anyone on this site before, but felt compelled to do so since the owner mauled this situation so badly. Maybe this gal was having a bad day, maybe she treats everyone this way, but there is no excuse for overreacting to such a simple and common request. So I'm glad to not be working with BIG G PLUMBING after all, as any ongoing warranty or service work would have been nightmarish for sure~!
So be warned people, these are not people you want to do business with.
By the way, this was warranty work through Landmark Home Warranty, and it seems they don't treat warranty calls with any value or respect. Lesson learned on our end to avoid them at all costs. They don't deserve the one star rating, it should be ZERO.

I had Greg from Big G Plumbing out to do a multiple repairs through my home warranty. he changed out the kitchen faucet, replaced the bolts to fix a leaky toilet tank, replaced the garbage disposal, and fixed a drip in a shower head. Greg was efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, and an all around good guy. I would definitely use Big G Plumbing again and recommend them to others.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were completely unprofessional and rude. The plumber was careless and spilled drain water everywhere and did not bother to clean it up. They came out for a garbage disposal and left the entire sink flooded!! The sink was working when they came and the plumber tried to leave and say everything was working and when I told him the sink is backed up now he said he didn't care and shrugged his shoulders! I complained to his manager who had the same attitude! There are so many other plumbers DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

I had a kitchen leak and Big G came out to do a home warranty repair. They were so great, super nice, fast, clean and helpful, I hired them to do a faucet upgrade in both bathrooms. The install was so quick, they did a great job, showed up on time and were very professional. I'm very happy with their work, I would highly recommend.

I only gave 1 star cuz it won't let me give 0 stars!! The guy was rude, wouldn't listen to me, and threatened to tell the warranty company something that would void my warranty.
Who walks into someone else's house & is rude to them within ONE minute?!?!
The warranty company better not EVER send this clown to my house again!!

Greg from Big G Plumbing came to repair a faucet in my bathroom that has been problematic. He quickly identified the problem and solved it for us to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him!

These guys are great. Alex has been out twice for issues I'm having with my on-demand hot water system. He's very nice and very knowledgeable and so is Greg, the owner. I'm having them replace the on-demand with a ""real"" hot water heater, and I know in the long run it will be much less of a headache. I totally trust these guys. I'd give more stars if I could.

Very fast and friendly customer service. We've used them for a hot water heater replacement at our primary residence and rental property in the past week. Without even asking they took it upon themselves to look into the warranties on both units. One was still under warranty, so needless to say it saved us around $500- thanks guys! We will refer you to anyone who asks and will use you again for all our plumbing needs!

We purchased a new house, and with it came a home warranty from Fidelity National. We have had very bad experiences in the past with Home Warranty companies, so we were very leary. We had numerous plumbing issues including leaky faucets (11!), Hot water tank failure, and Hot water pump failure. Fidelity sent out Big G Plumbing. We were VERY happy with the service we received from Big G. The gentleman they sent out, Sean, was very professional. He had to order a part, but came back immediately after he received it. Altogether he had to come out 3 times. Each time he was on time, called before he left his previous job so we had 30 min notice that he was coming. He made sure we knew what was going on at all times, and cleaned up after himself. We are fans of Big G!!!
