Ed & his son-in-law were referred to us through Home Depot. They installed our new toilet very efficiently, without a bunch of banter between them, like a well-oiled machine actually! What really locked it in for me was when I saw them sweeping minor cardboard crumbs from our hallway! I invited them to sweep all our floors, but they joked that I'd need to buy another toilet! ;-)
I'm having them come back to flush our water heaters next week! And Ed was so kind to give me valuable insight into future jobs we need done here.
I'm especially happy that this is a generational business, which means they aren't going anywhere, and there is pride and professionalism being passed on. .
I highly recommend Ed and his son in law. They are licensed, legit, and a HDepot vendor. They rock!

I was introduced to Ed and his son through Home Depot's installation service for a bathroom faucet installation.

Overall, by far one of my best experiences with a plumber / handyman to date. He got our new faucet installed quickly, and brought plenty of gear to avoid making a mess (bucket, tarp, paper towels). I found him easy to talk to and was comfortable having him in our home, and he took the time to point out issues we may want to be on the watch out for in the future, which I appreciated.

If you have any work done by someone that you can trust, I'd 100% recommend Big Ed!!

A very easy business to work with. I had a kitchen faucet to replace and a leaking hot water spigot to remove from my kitchen sink which had just enough challenges to make me question whether or not I wanted to do it myself. Ed was easy to schedule and he was very clear upfront about the work to be done and the cost. A no brainer to have him and his son-in-law do the work, saving me time and piece of mind.

Contacted Ed to inquire about installation of a new Kitchen Faucet. Ed responded promptly and we were able to schedule a time a couple of days later. Ed arrived at the scheduled time slot and did an excellent job of taking out our old faucet and replacing it with our new one. Very courteous and professional service and reasonably priced.
