Freeze Ready! So happy Sam came out today and prepared my pipes for the Arctic blast. This is the 3rd time I have used Big Easy. I also want to tell you the office staff is very nice and extremely efficient.
I only have good things to say. Hope this helps the next person.

My toilet was leaking, rather flooding my house as the filler part in the tank would not shut off. I went to Home Depot and purchased the items needed to replace the parts. I tried to turn the toilet off under the toilet but it kept running so I had to turn off the water at the main valve. I attempted to take out the old parts but I did not have the proper size wrench to do it plus I really felt unsure about what I was attempting to do. The next morning, according to their good ratings, I called Big Easy to have someone come do the job. He arrived on time and finished the job with no problems. Not expecting to pay a whole lot since I had all the parts needed and all they had to do was take out the old and put in the new....cost me a Whopping $150.00....I was totally shocked but what could I do. I was expecting ""maybe"" $50 or $75....NOT $150.00 Will never use them again. When I told my neighbor, they had a bad experience with them also but another issue. It is really sad that they charged so much for such a minor issue. Really sad.

POOR FOLLOW UP SERVICE. Jeff came out during the cold snap to fix a broken pipe which he did quickly and I was very appreciative of HOWEVER I heard dripping in another part of the house and asked him to take a look. He concluded it was the AC. A month later we are still getting $700 water bills so we went under the house and right in the location of the drip we heard is a leak. We called Big Easy to come and address the leak on Friday and they said they would send someone on Monday. When Monday came they didn't even have us on the schedule and then Paula refused to send a technician. I gave them an opportunity to come and inspect if this second leak was new or missed during the snap but they blindly refused. Not a company I would work with again or recommend.

PLEASE AVOID as they do not honor their work or word. During the recent cold snap we were thrilled that Jeff was able to come out relatively quickly to fix an issue. However after he finished the first repair we brought up that we heard another dripping pipe and he indicated that he thought it was the AC. A month goes by and we get a $700 water bill, after crawling under the house to investigate there is a leak clear as day right where we heard it that Jeff missed. We gave the company an opportunity to send a plumber out to checkout the second leak and correct their mistake. They refused to honor their work or even send out a plumber to check. Unfortunately not a service I would ever recommend.

I was so happy with my service! Tonight during 2018's ""deep freeze"" one of our pipes busted under the house (same story with a lot of people around this area!). I called Big Easy Services around 6pm & even though it was a crazy night someone showed up around 7pm! I couldn't have asked for better service! He was knowledgable, polite (and funny!), and fast! Thanks Big Easy!
