He changed out my shower valve like I needed him to, but I was a little shocked at the price , he charged me $100 just to remove a sheet a plastic which I told him I can do and he insisted no. Something that took less than 2 mins to do. Got the job done but didn't seem to be to friendly , which for me i am big on because I do home remodeling and prefer to keep the same people for each project but this was something needed last minute, not sure if I would use again. The sheet of plastic that he charged to remove- the new holes for the plumbing didn't align to it so i also have to fully replace that now as well which is a little disappointing

I don't think he's actually a licensed plumber. He came to install a hot water dispenser (for the kitchen sink) and he got upset about nothing and stormed out the door. I don't think he knew how to install it

Proceed with caution as he was yelling at me as he walked to his truck.

Great service. He was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Cleaned up after himself and was very respectful of my home. Will use him again for any future plumbing problems.

Needed my Hot Water Heater replaced; called Big D pluming (DON) he told me if I went to Home Depot or Lowes and purchase the HOT Water Heater he would pick it up and install it. He did just that. Friendly guy and installed it in little over an hour, perfect and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Big D's pluming of Medford.

I called due to calling all over to find a plumber to fix a burst pipe in our yard. He was ther fast and worked quickly to fix the pipe. I'm so thankful for this plumber!
