Eric is amazing came out and had our hot water heater replaced and up and running the day after it broke! In this heat and being 8 months pregnant to be able to be up and showering with in a day is wonderful!! We are grateful for his help and would recommend them to everyone! They are very affordable too!

Beware this plumber! He came out on a Friday when I had a major leak in my basement, water hitting electrical, coming from a pipe leaking between the first and second floors and literally raining in the basement. Told me he couldn't do it that day and he'd be back on Monday, which made me nervous having all those wires exposed all weekend. I did what I could to keep them dry. Then, on Monday, he was supposed to fix my problem and never showed up. I called and texted and he didn't answer -- even picked up the phone once and put it back down. Never called me back. This man, the owner Eric Desrosiers of Big Dog, basically blew me off. I ended up having to take a personal day off from work to get another plumber in to fix it. Stay away from this business! Not professional and not even courteous! #BadDog

Hired Big Dog Plumbing for an old garbage disposal removal and installation of a new garbage disposal. Timely scheduling of appointment and arrived on time and completed work in a professional and efficient manner. Asked them to take a look at another small issue while there and handled it without issue. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I originally contacted Eric because I had an emergency situation at a house that I had a closing on in 3 days and he responded quickly so I figured I would contact him again when I needed a gas insert installed in my own home. Apparently, that was a mistake! After contacting him several times via email, he finally sent me a quote. In each email he said he would get back to me by a certain date and that never happened. I would ALWAYS have to contact him. The last communication was with my husband via phone where he told him he was too busy and couldn't come on the date that we all agreed on and he would get back to him. Well, we're still waiting and will now have to look elsewhere to get the work done. I understand everyone gets busy, but there's no excuse and, as a business professional, a courtesy phone call or email would've been nice. I guess he didn't need our business!

Our air conditioning failed during the 100 plus degree summer. My husband called several places. One place even said it would be over 1 month before they could come. We called Big Dog and Eric came to our house the same day. He fixed the problem promptly and we are enjoying being cool again. Eric was also kind enough to mention that if we had any more problems over the weekend to just give him a call! Thanks Big Dog you made me and my family happy campers!
