UNPROFESSIONAL. I never leave reviews, but these are the most unprofessional people you could hire. Man who was sent out immediately said he would not fix the toilet without even looking at it claiming someone else had worked on it. Left a mess for me to clean up after dealing with flooding over the weekend. The woman on the phone called me """"insane"""" and hung up after I asked for clarification of the report that I was given and the report sent to insurance. Will be reporting to BBB immediately for unethical practices regarding conflicting reports given and sent to home warranty.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company. The technicians came and assessed the job. My home warranty company had an internal mix up and the contractor thought I did not have """"first class coverage"""" and said I am not covered to have them repair """"improper installation"""". It turns out I do have this added coverage and after clearing that up with my home warranty company, the contractor was called back, but changed their notes to state I am now missing parts resulting in my home warranty company stating this is now a 2-part job of me 1. having to replace the part and 2. then the home warranty company covering the improper installation. Maybe they wanted more money after giving me an initial quote of $480; who knows. Seems someone was dishonest and it was apparent when they refused to allow me to submit the handwritten receipt I was given from the technician which clearly does not state anything about missing parts, only about improper installation; she refused and stated she stands by the notes she was given. I also I asked to speak with the technician and that request was denied. The receptionist is also the owner and was extremely unprofessional and rude the entire time we spoke. She ultimately just hung up the phone on me.

Phil and Travis were great and transparent from start to finish. No complaints. Would recommend asking for them specifically.

this is a terrible company! I can see them going out of business. I called to speak with a manager after the guy they sent out broke my shower knob and the owner talked over me, yelled, and hung up the phone on me. An awful experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone utilizing them.

Their prices are ridiculous - they wanted to charge me $300.00 for an expansion tank that cost $42.00 at Home Depot - my home was built in 2014 - they said the pan was no longer according to code along with other things - $1,300.00 - for miscellaneous items 1 dawg, by!

Big Dawg was assigned to me through First American home warranty. I entered a service call request on their website Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. I was surprised to receive a call 10 the next morning to schedule. They were scheduled to come Tuesday, arrived early, and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but praise for these guys!

my garbage disposal went bad, this company was assigned through my home warranty company. they didn't reach out to me for 2 weeks to make an appointment. I had to call them to get one scheduled. the plumbers came by, looked at the garbage disposal and Said I had a plumbing issue and pipes need to be reconfigured. the report they sent to the home warranty company said incorrect plumbing caused my 8 year old GD to break. they quoted me $345 to re do the pipes not including the cost of a new GD. if it was a plumbing issue my old GD wouldn't have waited 8 years to go bad. as expected my HW company declined my claim. I definitely wasn't convinced with the report and had to fight to get a second opinion. another plumbing company came by and said it's old, rusted and it's leaking and just needs to be replaced. not sure if the plumbers that came by just didn't know what they were doing or it was a failed attempt to get business but I wouldn't call this company for my future plumbing needs

I wish a had gotten a name but EXTREMELY terribly RUDE Office Manager. Technicians were nice and professional enough but there was a problem after they left. So I called the office right away the only number I had and what is printed on service order invoice copy, to let them know there was a problem and asked them to call me back. They DID NOT so it now being the next day and several hours in I called them. In trying to explain what was happening to the receptionist, suddenly the Office Manger cuts in, talking over me yelling """"been listening to you for 5 minutes"""" cuts me off angry, vicious, rude. Refused to let me speak and hung up on me. I was not even upset when I called, calm and not that bothered because I had liked the technicians. And I just figured it was probably minor perhaps they might need to give me some instructions like -the water pressure needed to build up over time-. maybe something simple like that. My grandfather was a plumber, ran his own company all his life. I have a basic understanding and just needed my question addressed. This lady lost her """"blank""""..out of nowhere and customer should never be treated that way, honestly noone should. I wouldn't talk to an enemy the way this woman spoke to me. I'm telling you she was that bad it was insane. Something else must have been going on with this woman because if she talks to people like that often how could they have business at all. I would never deal with a company with someone like this calling the shots in my office. I would NOT recommend them, if you can't communicate AT ALL with the office, what good are the technicians? I would never use these people.

Terrible experience. Can't do any plumbing and extremely rude. Don't waste your time.

Needed help with some leaks and and clogging in a property we are selling. Couldn't find anyone to help, but Sean jumped to the job, got it taken care of, and has been extremely responsive and incredible for follow up checks. 100% recommended and I will personally be calling for future jobs and recommending to other people.
