Using Big Daddy Plumbing -Jeff was a great choice. They are professional - skilled- on time - upfront and honest and affordable . OH YES !!!! I did say Up front and honest. This is a rare quality in the service field. Big Daddy plumbing is a diamond in the rough! I will be holding on to Jeff. Jeff told me it would be a one day job. It took 4 days, never came back to finish and never installed a new propane line! My fault he seemed trustworthy. When he asked, I paid all but the last $500 with over $2000 of work to go. Other issues (SEE PHOTOS): Did not clean up and left me a huge mess to get rid of including my old oil tank and the oil. Two zone heat has crossover. When one zone is off it gets hot from the water circulating through the other zone. The exhaust PVC pipe came unglued (very dangerous). Dripping pipes and a stained basement floor. After many attempts and many ignored phone calls I finally decided to write this review. I do not know how Jeff gets so many favorable reviews?? I can't be the only one!

I left a review that was excellent. After the plumber left I noticed one side of the toilet seat was not tightened.
This toilet seat that was included with the new toilet you have to tighten it from the bottom. Well, I did try several times but couldn't see underneath and the cap that goes over the bolt I couldn't budge.
Called plumber twice and he made two different appointments to come but never showed. So the plumbing service was good up until that point. Finally after 3 weeks I got someone else to finish the job.
I was very disappointed and wouldn't hire again just on this point.

Jeff from Big Daddy Plumbing was great and I would highly recommend him. I had a clogged drain pipe and a hot water pipe leak and Jeff came right away. Jeff is courtesy and respectful, he explained every step to my husband and I about what and how the repair needed to be done. His worker Andrew is a respectful, hard working young man and has a very bright future ahead of him. Jeff is your guy for all your plumbing issues and so trustworthy. Thank you Jeff for making this nightmare bearable for us.

Jeff has helped us twice in the last month. He responded immediately both times. The first time after seeing pictures of a bathtub that leaked to the floor below, he diagnosed problem and came to fix as soon as we asked. Fix was calking, one hour. Very reasonable charge. Next time was overflow of clogged dishwasher. Once again he came quickly fixed in less than an hour, same reasonable charge. So grateful for his good work and prompt response. Recommend Heartily!
