I took Big C's Plumbing to small claims court today and discovered that GRAND THEFT PLUMBER is legal. Even though I could prove that I paid them to find a leak and they could not tell me if there was a leak, I made the mistake of not getting the ""scope of the work"" in writing. Chris also lied in court and said I did not tell him there were other leaks in the house. It was so blatantly obvious I DID NOT KNOW IF THERE WERE OTHER LEAKS IN THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE WATER COULD NOT BE TURNED ON! I believe the Judge was a little biased as well. Lesson learned! I did get a small return though. It cost Big C's Plumbing a lot more to show up in court today than it did me! I will take the small victory. If you are brave enough to do business with this company, do not, I repeat, do not take anything Chris says as truth. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!

I will give one star to this company because they managed to call me back once or twice. The overall concern for the customer in this company's case is fair to nonexistent. Every time I called I felt like I was interrupting something way more important than my problem and would abruptly be told that I would get a call back. A lot of times the call back would be at night so I would not be able to have the service completed that day. The last time our pipe got unclogged it was $35 more than the time before for some reason. The owner of the company seemed nice enough, but sadly they must be too busy to take personal time for each customer. The current plumber not only arrived one day after we called promptly but also guaranteed his work for six months or it would be fixed for free. I wish we would have gone with him in the first place, it would have saved $185, the charge that we got on the last unclogging of the drain.

If you want something fixed in a timely manner do not contact Big C's Plumbing. The apprentice or journeyman had to come out twice because he couldn't fix it the first time. 10 days in between times they came out and it was to fix a water leak. Unacceptable. I would recommend to find a different plumber.

BUYER BEWARE. When looking for a plumber, I found this company online. However, a careful look through the reviews on Google showed that they purchased over 100 fake reviews for the business to make them look better than they actually are. Please- if you're considering this company, do your due diligence. If they're being dishonest with their marketing, I can't imagine how they'd be honest with their service & pricing.
