Charlie came out and did a very good job, working in the attic during 90+ degree temps. He noted that there was trap missing on the pipes, which I would never had known, and he returned to install that on the next business day. Very happy. I compared prices, and they were much more competitive compared to other companies. One company gave me 3 different prices for the same job. I also got a 10% discount for installing a water heater and water softener. Great service! Definitely recommend.

They came, they diagnosed, and they fixed it better than it was before. Recently purchased a home with a sewer leak, bathroom issues, and hot water problems. They fixed them all and upgraded as needed. Their technicians were knowledgeable and patient with their explanations, and Travis (the owner) is easy to work with. TWO VISITS.

I had a leaky shower faucet because the hot water knob wasn't sealed right. They replaced it and it worked fine for a bit, but the same thing happened. They gave me about $100 discount for the previous work, applied it to the new work, and replaced the two knob system with a single knob. Works great thus far.

Small complaints. I think they could improve their service if they left itemized receipts of any parts they bought as well as the services provided. Speaking of parts, if parts are required and they know that ahead of time, they should have let me know so I can go out and find a set I like so they can install it. When installing the single shower knob, they left dust everywhere from the tile drilling. Obviously, I don't expect them to clean my whole bathroom, but at least the tub area where they were working. They also kept leaving and coming back because they "didn't have the right equipment". I understand there are different models, but surely there are general tools you should expect to have especially when the issue was explained before setting the appointment, ie "oh, I'm working on installing [item], so I usually need these tools". It's just little things that added up.

Big City plumbing did a fantastic job. My water heater was about 10 years old and needed replacing. I called 3 of the top 5 plumbers in the San Antonio area according to yelp and all gave me quotes over the phone for replacing a 40 gallon gas heater in the attic. Big City plumbing was $500 less than the number one rated plumber on Yelp (BG Plumbing) for the same brand heater. In addition, they were extremely responsive on both email and the phone. The morning of the service call I received a text with a photo and resume of the plumber who would be doing the install as a well as a call letting me know he was on the way. All the work was done extremely well and for exactly the amount quoted (even though it probably required a little more work than expected due to some issues with the original heater installation). Highly recommended!

Big City Plumbing is the easiest and most reasonably priced plumbers! Travis the owner really takes pride in his business and making sure all our plumbing needs were meet! They are very flexible and walk you through the entire process. Audra the phone receptionist is one of the sweetest and most helpful people ever. They put customer satisfaction first. We are a Bakery and will for sure be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs! It would be wrong for you not to book them!

He even suggested to call and ask for a discount after purchasing a part from them. Everyone I spoke with at Big City Plumbing were courteous and willing to listen to me. Great customer service!!

Today was an eventful day in the crazy sense!! After watching what looked like a river running from my front lawn and having to learn from circumstance how to shut off my water main I was able to identify the issue was "our" problem. I reached for my phone and yelp! Guess what? I found Big City Plumbing! They are beyond what you would or could expect! PLEASE KNOW THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION! They called back within 3 minutes of my request for a quote! They promised to be here within 2 hours. They sent their supervisor because he was closest and available. I can't tell you how satisfied I am!!! Fair pricing!! Beyond fair! They came and assessed the problem and had to run for parts.. after running and competing the repair (with smiles) they cleaned up my area with integrity and respect for the area. Did I mention fairly priced?! CALL THEM! You'll be amazed and I'm so impressed they are in my contacts list
