Discovered a slab leak and called Big B. Brandon and crew were here in 30 minutes and stuck with it until they found the leak. Rather than jack hammer concrete holes throughout the floor they recommended repiping up and over into the attic.
Brandon even stopped by to inspect the work a few days later. You can't find customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend Big B's Plumbing.

I can't say enough about Big B's and their technician Anthony, they saved my rear end when a valve went bad at my restaurant and we were out of water. My worst nightmare was to close a day but Big B's came to my rescue with the part. Out of about 15 plumbing companies I contacted that night they were the only one with that particular valve. Anthony rushed to the scene with a great attitude, mind you this was 4 in the morning on a Sunday. He took to task right away and finished the difficult job in less than 2 hours. I'm glad I called Big B's that night, I just regret not calling them first. They were fair and honest and didn't overcharge me, I was actually expecting a bigger dent in my wallet given the situation. Kathy who answered the phone was really nice and sympathetic and understanding, I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. I wish nothing but great things for this company, honesty and transparency is hard to find in this business.

DO NOT USE this company. Horrible service. Charged $80 just to put an alley wrench in my disposal. Then wanted to charge $420 just to install 2 basic sink facets. I will never use this service again. Very disappointed and the guy only always tries to sell you on something else when that is not the issue at hand.

I called in an emergency situation and was initially nervous because I'm new to the area and picked someone out of need be careful research. Well I was pleasantly surprised! These guys were amazing came out within the hour quickly fixed my clogged toilet and checked all my water fixtures for any other problems. They even cleaned my bathroom a bit from the over flow of the toilet. 100% recommend and will use again.
