I had this company out for an estimate. This was the third and final estimate we were getting for the job we needed of fixing some weird piping in our home. This company was the only company to charge an ""estimate"" fee of 59 dollars. The other two (similarly rebuttable and had similar if not longer years in business) did not charge me anything to estimate. But we thought if it came in close to the other two maybe we could price match and call it a day. Their quote came NOWHERE near the quote we got from the other two companies. I'm talking 3x more than the other two after spending less than 10 minutes in my house. Makes me think they didn't want the job and just wanted my 60 bucks. The other two companies spent considerably more time in my home checking things out to get an accurate scope of work. I feel super ripped off and miffed to have paid an ""estimate"" fee for what feels like way overpriced work. Such a scam. I would highly not recommend this company.

These guys are the best! Located my slab leak and rerouted the water line. Covered everything in plastic to limit the mess and wiped down the few surfaces that had a bit of dust. Left nice clean cuts in the ceiling that were an easy fix. They were professional, courteous and on-point. They know their stuff.

We had a toilet overflow. We called Big B's plumbing. Glad we did. The Techs came out fast. We had a total of 3 techs. Tom was first out. He was awesome and kind. He checked everything and realized that the scope of the work was large and they sent out Ryan and Tim. The techs were all knowledgeable and explained everything. Highly recommend this company. I would definitely use again. Hope we don't have to.. but ... we would.

We have had this company out a few times and they have been fantastic in the repair of our lines being drained, pressure back to the house, showers fixed so we had hot water flowing again and they got it done in a very timely manner..

Highly recommend this plumbing company! Prompt, courteous and professional. We hired them after they came out to our house to explain the difference between a water conditioner vs. softener. After Jesse's thorough education of the two we decided on the Flow-Tech Pure Home system. Jesse and his partner were quick, clean and explained how the system worked.
We are very happy with the way it works and felt that Jesse helped us make the right decision.
A few days after the system was in we noticed a broken fitting on the tank. We called Big B's and got an immediate response with Jesse coming back out within 15 minutes and having the repair done in no time flat. At no charge of course.
We will be keeping their card handy for our future plumbing needs!

I've been using Big Bs now for a couple years and always have them deal with any plumbing issues that arise. I will say that they are by no means cheap, but they are responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Their technician Jesse has visited our property a few times and he's always done great work and is very personable. I highly recommend them.

My water heater went out and Jesse was at my home within an hour of my call. He had a new tankless water heater installed same day. I will never use another company again. The service was amazing.

My Murrieta home Thermal Expansion Tank was leaking so I called Big B's Plumbing which I have never used before.
I did not ""Research"" Plumbing companies before selection.

BIG MISTAKE!!! THESE ARE THE FACTS:
*HomeDepot Thermal Expansion Tank $65.61
Dielectric Union $14.00 (Not needed - goes between tank and water pipe)
Labor less then 1 hour $541.61
Total Cost: $621.22

*Very Easy install with Instructions that comes with Tank.

Service tech validated Labor charge saying ""Charge"" is split between Big B's Plumbing and himself.

Also, there's an inspection fee of $60 if service is not rendered.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

Had a garbage disposal issue and it was resolved quick and easy. The tech was former Navy, it is great to see veterans taking their skills back to the civilian world as well as knowing Bs is supporting our military. TOP NOTCH service.
