We worked with them to fix our tub and shower leaking. They did a good job replacing the washers but a few days later, the leaks were worse.

Initially, we thought the issue was due to the workmanship they did but after sitting with them as they troubleshot the issue, we discovered the new leaks were caused by sediment rupturing the new washers. They helped fix the issue again.

Now, here was the dilemma - did they have to come out again because they didn't do a thorough enough job? Or was our core plumbing the issue?

I won't bore you with the resolution but instead, I'll tell you that they were honest, trustworthy, and willing to make us happy with a resolution that was good for both parties. That's all you can ask for when it comes to tricky grey area plumbing and HVAC issues.

P.s. Angel is the man! He was nice, thorough, honest, and just wanted to make sure we were happy.

This is the second time I used Big Brothers and they are at the top of my list to call again if I have a plumbing issue.

My sink stopped up and after trying to ""snake it"" myself, I still had a problem. I called my regular plumber, but they couldn't come out for three days. I remembered Big Brothers from another visit and gave them a call. They promptly answered and scheduled a time within 2 hours!

Jorge arrived and after 20 minutes my problem was solved. The bill was fair and I received a senior discount too!

I've been a homeowner for many years now. As a result, I've worked with roofers, contractors, electricians and plumbers. Big Brothers plumbing has my vote for the absolute best. Angel and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. Great communication and execution of the work needed. Plus, I trust these guys. I'd give them the keys to my house without a second thought. There's no doubt I'll need plumbing services again--I'll definitely call Big Brothers.

Big Brothers plumbing was there when I needed them. They were quick to respond. Polite and professional. My water heater failed at 11pm one night. I left a message that might and they responded the next morning, came out the next day. I had hot water by 5pm! The technician was neat, professional and worked with diligence. I highly recommend them! They are truly a big brother when you need one!

I have a drain pipe running from the backyard underneath the detached garage to the main street. The drain was clogged by tree roots. Other plumbing services said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but Big Brothers Plumbing was able to get the job done and prevent my backyard from getting flooded by the rain.

Big Brothers Plumbing was contracted to fix some old pipes at my apartment. I rent, so the property management company handled the cost, but everything else I had direct contact with them about and they were above and beyond!

The apartment building I live in has old plumbing and the pipes were making a loud knocking/tapping sound in the middle of the night in the bedroom and they were driving me crazy. This sound was happening for more than 2 years (waited a bit during covid as well, and the sound got increasingly worse in the 2 years). This has all been solved by the wonderful people at Big Brothers plumbing. I am finally able to sleep well at night.

Sarai on dispatch, Antonio who did most of the work, and Angel who initially assess the situation and also helped out on the work were exceptional. Communication was clear from the start when Sarai reached out to make an appointment and was very transparent on what to expect and how long the appointments would take throughout the process. Angel and Antonio laid out a walkway mat and used plastic sheets in the bedroom to make sure dust from opening up the ceiling didn't get everywhere. They also vacuumed the area super well after the work was done.

I had spoken to 2 other plumbers just in passing about this situation - plumbers who were fixing other issues in the apartment - and both of them brushed off the knocking sound and said there wasn't much to do because the building was old. Angel really took charge and was instantly able to assess the issue and start on a plan to fix.

Ended up not going with their service as their quote was higher than another plumbing company. But totally understandable as some companies may charge lower by reducing cost somewhere but some companies can't.

But Big Brothers were a pleasure to work with up to the end of getting the quote. They were very thorough in their inspection, provided good service in following up each step of the way, and even when I had to turn down their quote, they were very gracious and kind - unlike some companies that I had to deal with before where they become rude.

Definitely would call them for future small plumbing work because of the AWESOME customer service I got.

Highly recommend, customer service, came on time and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Was impressed that someone was able to come out the same day and at the promised time. Called other businesses and they all said they were ""booked up""- when you are without water, it's a bit of an emergency- big brothers to the rescue. Kudos all the way around, my hero for the day.
