I have a drain pipe running from the backyard underneath the detached garage to the main street. The drain was clogged by tree roots. Other plumbing services said they wouldn't be able to fix it, but Big Brothers Plumbing was able to get the job done and prevent my backyard from getting flooded by the rain.

Big Brothers Plumbing was contracted to fix some old pipes at my apartment. I rent, so the property management company handled the cost, but everything else I had direct contact with them about and they were above and beyond!

The apartment building I live in has old plumbing and the pipes were making a loud knocking/tapping sound in the middle of the night in the bedroom and they were driving me crazy. This sound was happening for more than 2 years (waited a bit during covid as well, and the sound got increasingly worse in the 2 years). This has all been solved by the wonderful people at Big Brothers plumbing. I am finally able to sleep well at night.

Sarai on dispatch, Antonio who did most of the work, and Angel who initially assess the situation and also helped out on the work were exceptional. Communication was clear from the start when Sarai reached out to make an appointment and was very transparent on what to expect and how long the appointments would take throughout the process. Angel and Antonio laid out a walkway mat and used plastic sheets in the bedroom to make sure dust from opening up the ceiling didn't get everywhere. They also vacuumed the area super well after the work was done.

I had spoken to 2 other plumbers just in passing about this situation - plumbers who were fixing other issues in the apartment - and both of them brushed off the knocking sound and said there wasn't much to do because the building was old. Angel really took charge and was instantly able to assess the issue and start on a plan to fix.

Ended up not going with their service as their quote was higher than another plumbing company. But totally understandable as some companies may charge lower by reducing cost somewhere but some companies can't.

But Big Brothers were a pleasure to work with up to the end of getting the quote. They were very thorough in their inspection, provided good service in following up each step of the way, and even when I had to turn down their quote, they were very gracious and kind - unlike some companies that I had to deal with before where they become rude.

Definitely would call them for future small plumbing work because of the AWESOME customer service I got.

Highly recommend, customer service, came on time and diagnosed the problem efficiently. Was impressed that someone was able to come out the same day and at the promised time. Called other businesses and they all said they were ""booked up""- when you are without water, it's a bit of an emergency- big brothers to the rescue. Kudos all the way around, my hero for the day.

The guy was quick to help me unclog a sink drain and look at my shower drain. Very nice guy, professional and clean. He called me way ahead of time to tell me what time he was coming.

I love this company. I will never call anyone else. They are honest!!! I had a quote for $850 in the morning to snake a main pipe that required a toilet removal from another company. I didn't go for it, it just didn't seem right. The Big Brothers truck was parked in front of my house because they were working on at the building next door. I told them about my problem, they come to my house and did the job after they were done with the building next door. $150! job well done! Clean, polite. Angel Avila was delightful !!!

I have used Big Brother on several occasions. I am a retired Public Works Inspector, and I can confidently recommend Angel as one of the most professional and competent plumbers I have ever encountered. Once, the burner had gone out on my water heater and I called Angel to replace it. He could have replaced it and taken my money, but he called Sears and spoke to various people on my behalf to have them send their plumber to replace the burner, under warranty, at no cost to me. Angel wouldn't even charge me for his time. He said, ""I didn't fix it, so I can't charge you"". When Angel has done work for me, he is always very courteous and professional. I have even recommended him to my in-laws and that's quite a testament! I will always use Big Brother for any plumbing projects and you should too.

I paid Tony Martin of Big Brother's Plumbing to install a dishwasher and garbage disposal. He did not test the garbage disposal after installation and it is leaking really bad. He will not return my calls or texts and I had to pay someone else to fix his work. Do Not Trust this man.

Angel to the rescue. So appreciate his promptness and professionalism. It's a family-owned business. Good problem solver due to issue of Home Depot installation of new Bosch dishwasher. They will be responsible for leaking of dishwasher and wrecking kitchen floor. Angel was very reassuring as it could have been worse.
