We called for a leaking bathtub. They came out once to diagnose the problem and again to do a repair. We were charged $150 for less than an hour of labor and a $13 part. The tub still leaks. We have been calling for a week and they do not answer the phone, do not return voicemails, and today did not show up for an appointment. When I called I was told our problem was not a priority. Would not commit to a time and told we would be charged full price to come back out even though they did not repair the issue the first time.
