I had a problem with my (brand-new) bathtub leaking, and called Big Branch. They were great from start to finish. I got a prompt call-back after leaving a service call request, the appointment was scheduled quickly, and they arrived on time. Jason was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem and he also took great pains to protect my home from dirt and damage. He arrived with all the right tools to do the job, and knew how to use them. He went out of his way to get me new parts under warranty, which really saved us some money! The price they charged for the service was more than fair. A big 2 thumbs up from me for a very professional and pleasant experience. Highly recommend Big Branch Plumbing.

Just had all the piping changed in our home. Big Branch did an outstanding job. They started when the coronavirus was just evolving in our area. The project had been scheduled for over a month ahead of time. Everyday they wore more protective gear and was sanitizing before they walked through the doors of our home. So extremely pleased with the job done and the plumbers and technicians that did the work. SHOUT OUT for a job well done. We had an issue with our toilet backing up and Ted made a suggestion to release the pressure and stop the back flow of water. He sent out Jason promptly and he used the camera equipment to discover the clog in the yard. After a complicated issue with the toilet, Ted sent out the courteous plumbers on his staff and honored the work till the issue was resolved. Thank you!

They will guarantee their inexperienced,shoddy work regarding pipe leaks but the DO NOT guarantee the cost of the thousands of gallons of water you will be billed for from said water leak.
