Big boy was assigned my job as part of a failed/recall part for a hot water heater. Communication was horrible and Leo canceling the agreed upon service appointment with little or no notice. This happened 3 days in a row. When they finally did show up job was completed satisfactorily. I would not use them again if I had a choice

Leo is AMAZING and responsive. In the middle of the winter, with an already full schedule, he found time to fix my Buderus hot water system on the same day we called in an issue and solved a long-term problem with great efficiency. He remained available to help with follow-on questions, responding to texts and phone calls within minutes and giving me solutions that didn't require a service visit. He's a really nice guy and straight-talker on top of all of that! Not the first time I've used Big Boy, and definitely will go back for any future issues.

Not going to sugar coat anything here. Leo came out on a trouble job with my Rheem Tank hot water heater. it had been going on for days. Between Rheem sending parts and sending other contracted technicisns covered under warranty....it wasn't until Leo came through big time and resolved the issue. The diligence and knowledge he had was excellent. He explained and did a great. Nothing but Praise to him and the work he does. Thank you!

I also usually write reviews on service however this time I am complled. I have been having trouble finding a quality plumbing repair and maintenance company to serivice my Bosch Combi boiler. Leo and Julio cut thru all the bs and went right to the root of the problem and repaired my system in record time. Service was great, price was fair and the quality and dialogue with the team was simple. I am now a customer of Big Boy Mechanical for life. Great Job Big Boy Mechanical!

I don't usually write reviews, but this time, I felt I should.
My Bosch tankless water heater, approx. 10yr old, had leak from water flow adjusting knob. Leo, business owner told that this model has been discontinued long time ago, and it is miracle if he can find parts. He found out the problem as soon as he came to my house. he told me if he can save this unit. he went back to his van if he can find parts if he can utilize it for the issue. 1hr later he fixed it. He knows everything about Bosch water heaters. I certainly recommend him if anyone has problems with Bosch water heaters. This time I saved a lot of money. Thanks Leo, Great job, I really appreciate.
