Eric is the bomb. He has been our go to guy for a while now and I still can not say enough good things about him and his company. Our hot water heater decided to say good bye to us and sprung a leak . Thank you Eric for being there and hook up a new one. He is in and out and does not leave a mess.

Eric came out urgently this summer to restore our water supply after it was shut off due to broken irrigation valves with flooding... he accurately diagnosed and repaired multiple problems that involved replacing broken valves, pipes, and rebuilding and updating the existing (installed incorrectly and out of code) sprinkler manifolds, all in difficult conditions both per digging depth and outside temperatures.

He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and persisted to discover and repair multiple leaks beyond what we first knew to be broken...
He came yesterday this winter for a second time to install pressure regulator valve, water main cutoff, and water hammer suppressor under the house in crawlspace, again difficult conditions but he added value to the job by adding components to the install beyond what I knew to ask for but were indicated.

I would call him again without hesitation if I needed a plumber, and highly recommend him.

My wife and I hired Eric on two occasions, and both time he did an outstanding job. There first time he installed a hot water heater in the garage in 90 degree heat in the summer. Second time he helped us diagnose a dishwasher that wasn't draining. I highly recommend Eric!

My property is older and I'm still not familiar with its quirks. A totally clogged sink on a Saturday isn't ideal.

I jumped on Yelp trying to find a company in my neighborhood hoping it would make the call a little cheaper. This was the first company to answer my call. I would still have to wait about four hours as he was already pretty busy for a Saturday. He did give me a 20 minute heads up call that he was in his way - pretty darn close to his estimate time. He came in and started right away. Thankfully after waiting a while the totally full sink had slowly drained, so when he took the pipes apart I didn't have a ton of water for him to have to control. I was afraid it was the garbage disposal, and I hate them. Just plain terrified of them. Nope it was good, it was the elbow after the disposal. After he cleared it all and put it back together he double checked the dishwasher to make sure it wasn't backing up. Total time - 40 minutes, $90. Not bad for Saturday service.

I had a leak with my garden hose faucet on the backside of the house I called Eric to see if could assist. He setup an appointment with me the next day and absolutely knocked it out! Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just a very professional guy with excellent workmanship.

The price for the job was fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half since he had to get down into the crawl space and do some soldering.

Thanks again, Eric. You're amazing at what you do and will be a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs!

Big Bear is great! Fast response time, professional quality service, and fair pricing. Since moving into our new place we've used Big Bear to run a water line to a new fridge, clear a drainage pipe, and repair an irrigation system. More plumbing issues than we wanted but at least we had the friendliest and best professional around to help. Highly recommend Big Bear!
