This is a 1 year long story,
I will never recommend this business.
Task : installation of gas line for stove and dryer July 2020
1. They missed couple of appointments for estimates and pricing
2. After estimation, I paid them the 50% advance and they gave me a date
3. They missed 2 or 3 install dates, they do not call and update
4. One visit, they drilled 2 holes and left for the day
5. One visit, they said they do not have tools to shut the gas in August 2020 5. The day of installation They went for parts in middle of work, Finally the installation was done, it is a nightmare, by accident they broke water main line and my basement was flooded, they later fixed what they broke, I made their final payment


Sep 20 - Sep 21 : Their installation was rejected by City, they never came back for fix, from that day I cannot hold of them, they say some reason and say City is not responding for appointments, I am in continuous follow up with them with text messages, they never respond.

As they have an habit of missing appointments, the day the CITY inspector visits, they do not show up, or the day the Technician Show up City Inspector do not show up, marvelous scheduling.

For a matter of 4 hours task they have visited about 10 -12 times and still it is not approved by CITY, They do not have proper knowledge on CITY code, they just learn on customer homes, when it is hard to fix, they do not respond

I reached out to have my dryer repaired, as it was not drying. Coordinating a time for them to come out had some hiccups, but they seemed very busy so that's no big deal. The repair technician came out and he was a very nice person who cleaned out the dryer vents. The dryer still doesn't dry though. It gets hot but it doesn't dry. He said it would work when he left, but that the pipes had water in them and I should get them look at as well. When I reached back out, because it was not drying, and maybe it was the pipes as stated, they told me they would get back to me. I've reached out many times and they reply eventually but still just keep saying they'll get back to me. It has been a couple of weeks at this point and I've given up. I'll find another group.

The technician was extremely nice and tried, but the company itself is not doing a decent job currently and it was disappointing.

We've been using this company for the past 3 years and all I can say is they can never get it right. They never check their work to make sure our furnace is running properly, they see one part that needs replacement, replaces it charges $275 in 20 min and leaves, we call them out again, they do something and our air conditioning still doesn't work. NEVER using these people again, not only do they lack good customer service they are very unprofessional each time. They also can never make their appointment on time as well and they won't call you to let you know they are running behind. Beyond disappointing to say the least.

Terrible plumbers. Didn't fix the problem. Double charged me for service call. Then insulted me with racial slurs when I called to resolve the issue. After hanging up on the owner he continued to call me back and harass me because he wanted to argue and insult me. Terrible terrible company.

Update:
Everything in the company response is a lie. We did not cancel because of financial reasons. We cancelled because we needed our sump pump fixed ASAP and you sent a plumber who didn't know how to work around a radon mitigation system. The only irate person was you and your staff, and your racist comments toward me. I've already addressed the issue with my bank. I recommend that anyone looking for a plumber steer clear of Big Bang!
