You cannot go wrong with Joe and Big Angelo's plumbing. We've used them several times now and each time has been a pleasure. Yesterday my water heater started leaking (it was 19 years old!) and from the time I called and talked to Joe on the phone (and he remembered me and where I lived as soon as I said who it was!) to completion of installing new water heater, new valves, new gas line, AND giving my furnace a maintenance service, it was less than 3 hours. AND I hadn't noticed the problem til 10:30 am so it wasn't like I called first thing in the morning.

What a pleasure to work with someone who puts customer service first. He also has an eye for great employees - Lewis came out yesterday and was professional, pleasant, and definitely knew his business.

These guys are terrific. I called them Sat. morning around 10 and they were at my house by noon with a brand new water heater. I live in a difficult to find rural property and they found the house without any issues. They removed and installed the new heater very quickly, tested all the lines and cleared the lines. The price was exactly as quoted and there was a $15 first time customer discount. Lewis and his brother in law (sorry forgot his name) were very pleasant, good with my dogs, no complaints about the awkward location of the water heater and left the site of installation much cleaner than they found it. Do not hesitate to call this professional company. I will definitely use them for any plumbing or heating needs.

These guys were fast, courteous, and professional. Responded to my call within hours, scheduled a MAJOR repair for the next working day. I called on a Saturday, they attempted to unclog the drain... no charge for coming out, since they couldn't get it fixed. Free estimate given for repair, as well.

They gave me a quote for the job that amounted to almost a thousand dollars LESS than what their competitor quoted for the same job! Ended up charging me a hundred dollars less than the price they quoted, very nice.

Seriously, give these guys a call if you have plumbing problems. They'll take care of you!

I found Big Angelo's on Yelp last month and I have been thrilled with the work that they have done at our home. We first called them (along with two other plumbers) to get an estimate on putting in a sewer clean out, backwater relief valve and to have a gas line run into our kitchen. They came out right away and gave us the best estimate of the three plumbers. They completed the work promptly and professionally. We realized when they were working on the sewer clean out that we had the dreaded Orangeburg pipe for our sewer lateral. Joe gave us an estimate for replacing the sewer lateral that was extremely reasonable. They took care of all of the permits and had it replaced in no time. We also had them replace our water main and again Joe gave us a great price and had the work done promptly and professionally. Joe, Lewis and Dana have been a pleasure to work with. As new first time homeowners we are happy to have found such a reliable and honest plumber. The work that they do is top notch, their rates are competitive, and their customer service is outstanding - I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Thanks to Yelp, I found out about this terrific company. We needed a garbage disposal and faucet installed and Joe sent Juan out to give an estimate and also fix the shower faucet that was put in backwards by previous owner (!) Juan was able to come back the next day & take care of installing the disposal and faucet and of replacing piping. Both items are working beautifully and we could not be happier with the service. They know their stuff, and that's why they are busy 7 days a week, even in this economy!

I engaged this company last Friday, because my tenants had their sink and toilet backed up. I used to contract Chris Wilson for this type of situation, but unfortunately things didn't work out, so I decided to give this new company a try. This is the first time we've had a furnace issue and as soon as I called and let Joe know what PG&E recommended he said ""We can be out there at 1pm and we do Free Estimates. However his co-worker Luis call me at 11:54 am and already had the issue solved, WOW!!! Now that's what I call great service and ahead of schedule, Amazing, now how often does that happen. Per the other review the pricing was more than affordable and the service Excellent!!! I would give Big Angelo's a call before calling anyone and highly recommend them in Monterey/Salinas Area, and we will always call them First. Thanks Joe and Luis for your Great Service and Excellent pricing, you guys are the BEST!
