I contacted them through Yelp and received a quick response. I was able to make an appointment quickly and they came and saw the problem, told me the fix, and gave me a quote.
Then, the next day, they came back and installed the new toilet within an hour and told us what the problem was.

Very professional. Quick. Responsive. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

It's cold today, really cold. My heater broke in the middle of the night and my home is about 53 degrees--and I am home from work with the flu. What a day.
I smelled gas and PG&E quickly came out and told me that I had a broken part and that I would need a contractor to fix the problem.
I called several heating companies and no one was available to warm me up today, then I called Big Angelo's Plumbing & Heating and left a message. Lewis called me back in about 10 minutes! He said that he had the part on his truck and could be at my home in 30 minutes! Awesome service. He replaced the broken part quickly. I asked him a bunch of questions about other plumbing things at my home and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this local company.

Absolutely fantastic! I had at least three other plumbers stop by to give quotes. My experience with these other plumbers was terrible. Either the quotes were off the charts or they never bothered to follow up. Two plumbers kept promising to get me a quote and somehow never managed to get around to it. Total waste of time.

With Big Angelo's it was professional from the very beginning. A pleasant experience, the work was superb and the cost was very reasonable. These are my plumbers from now on.

Clogged toilets, leaving town, needed it working before we left for our house guests.

Showed up in an emergency so kudos for that. Would not quote a price over the phone (or even a ballpark). Too desperate to care.

Once there, quoted $179 to clear main line from outside, took about 20 minutes. (Typical same-day price, if I could have waited until late afternoon was about $125 - 140.)

Plumber was a bit grumpy, but got the job done. Probably would not use again.

This is the plumber you always wanted. When our fave All Service Plumbing could not get to us in an emergency they said call BigAngelo and within an hour they arrived! Knowledgeable, fast, polite. They managed to get our new dishwasher installed the same day the Home Depot crew said it could not be done in one day. So we have two great plumbers Big Angelo and All Service.

Called Sunday for a backed up toilet and sewer line. I was excited that they called me back except the plumber Juan wanted cash only and 400 dollars. What a rip off. Thank goodness roto rooter called me back and is coming for 163 dollars. I would skip this company

After I made all my calls and left messages, Angelo's was, on site in less than an hour. They were professional and cleaned up a plugged line with a power snake after I tried doing it myself with a manual snake. I would recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is... WOW!!! Big Angelo's plumbing ROCKS! Came to my home within 24hrs of my call, inspected our Water Heater, made recommendations that fixed the problem and charged me a donut hole ($0) for the privilege to help.

We went down to my Nana's to visit about a month ago. While we were there, the toilet got clogged really bad. And I mean bad! It was a bit terrifying. We called around, and then a friend told us about Big Angelo's. After going to their website, we got a hold of them(their 'text to schedule service' thing is insanely convenient!), and they either took pity on our dilemma, or they are just that awesome of a company(I'm voting for the latter), and they were able to come out later that same day. They made fast work of the scary bathroom, and were even great about my kids trying to play with their tools. It was just toilet paper clogging it, but we're thinking the kids tried to stuff or flush as much as they could down there, we don't even know. But the guys here at Angelo's were AMAZING! The next time my Nana has any sort of plumbing, or heating issue, they are going to be at the top of the list!

When the toilet got clogged at first I tried myself using various tips found on the internet to solve it. But it did not work. So I needed some professional help. Again I looked into the net to find someone with a reasonable price and good reputation. Thank Yelp to lead me to Big Angelo's Plumbing. When I called them they sent Joe to save the day. He is very professional and very gentle. He listened to me carefully and did not show hurry. It did not take long for him to figure out the problem and fixed it at no time. He also explained me his procedures what he is going to do and told me what I should do to avoid such situations. I must say I really got a professional service. Previously I did not have very nice experience with other plumbers who I guess did not take their service seriously. I must thank Big Angelo's Plumbing for the great service they gave.
