A plumber that you can trust at a reasonable cost. I've used his services for years and all his work has proved dependable. The 2022 visit fixed my toilet valve, unit valve, flush valve, kitchen faucet replacement, and minor inspections before the morning ended. He is equipped with replacement parts on-hand when you don't have them for the fix. Friendly service and good communication.

Sam came out on a Saturday morning because our bathroom sink was upwelling. He got to work right away and fixed the issue in less than an hour. He asked if there had been any other issues, outside of the sink and took a look at our toilet as well that hadn't been filling as quickly. The job was quick and clean and Sam was incredibly friendly. He even explained how he fixed everything, because I'm always curious why/how things happen. I hope to recommend him in the future!

contacted samuel because we needed kitchen disposal replaced and two toilets checked. he was able to come by in less than a week, kept me updated re: arrival time, got here as scheduled. like the previous time he did a job for us, he did outstanding work once again - very thorough, shared tips for maintenance, etc. i will use him whenever we need plumbing work done and would not hesitate to recommend him very highly to anyone who needs a plumber. he is great!

Same 5 star just thought Id update since we have used him again since then. He has become our go to plumber at my work and for my own personal. I think the most recent job he did was replacing two water heaters and fixing a main leaking pipe that required the board of water supply to come and shut off so he could fix it. He's a master plumber to we trust him to do the job well and trust with best rates which he has always done from the first job. Always recommend!

Sam is the Man! Mahalo for a quick response and quality emergency repair on our plumbing. He is honest and very skilled and is an expert on plumbing. His area of expertise is repairs and replacements work. He came out with the hour cause of our leaking pipe. Job was done within 2 hours and we could function with our daily chores again. Samuel Biddle is a polite, professional and honest plumber. He works independently as a Master Plumber. I hired Samuel Biddle's to repair the plumbing in the kitchen that was originally done poorly by a different plumbing company. I have been satisfied with his professionalism and work. I called Samuel a few months later to work on the plumbing in my bathroom shower and water valve to my fridge. He knows what he is doing and explains his work in a way that's understandable to the lay person. I am again very satisfied with his work ethics and professionalism.
