Recommended Customer Reviews
This is how a plumbing business should be run! We've dealt with Bibb for over 30 years, and always had excellent service. Most recently, 2 drains were clogged, despite my best efforts to fix them. We called Bibb right before the holiday weekend and said it wasn't a rush. Immediately after the holdiay, someone called to schedule the service the very next morning. She gave a 2-hour window for the next day, and said they would call before the plumber was to arrive. First thing the next morning I got a call saying Clyde would show up at 11:30 a.m., which he did. He was pleasant, thorough, efficient, and showed me how I could try to fix it next time. Perfect in every way, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
DON't USE THIS COMPANY!!
I scheduled these guys to come out and clear out some downspout drains from my house. Tad called me the morning of the job, at their scheduled start time (after I had rearranged my schedule and taken the day off of work) to advise me, quite nonchalantly, that they were not going to be able to make it. I fired him on the spot. If you want to stay alive in this economy, you'd better learn how to schedule jobs and keep your appointments. Unprofessional! One star. July 2010.
