What great service! We called early on a Thursday morning and Gregg was here mid-afternoon. He was patient, knowledgeable and ever so professional. We even asked for something that was not on the order.. he happily did that too. We feel the rate was very fair and he got right to work and finished quickly. Lane and his crew were highly professional and, although a couple of trips were necessary, were thorough and would not leave until our fireplace was rebuilt, our gas lines were upgraded and we were completely satisfied. Once our new Fire Pit was set in place, they even came back, free of charge, and connected it to the natural gas lines they had previously installed. I told Lane, as they were leaving, they would be our ""plumbers for life""!

Gregg and John came out to replace a water heater and when removing the current heater uncovered hidden problems. They were straight with us about what they found and got to work helping us resolve structural issues so that the water heater could be installed safely. Meanwhile, my kitchen sink was clogged. . These guys never stopped working, were pleasant and educated us every step of the way.

We moved into our new house in Vernon, AZ and my wife noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. I researched plumbers in the local area and found Bianco Plumbing. I called and they sent Gregg out. Gregg was fantastic! He discovered our garbage disposal was cracked in several places and that the lines under the sink were a mess. He got us up and running with a new disposal and lines in no time! Unfortunately the next morning a water line he hadn't touched was leaking, called Gregg back out and he did a great job! I highly recommend Bianco Plumbing and Gregg!

Called several times. Got text they are busy. Called again, said someone would come contact me. Nope, never heard back. Wont even give them one star. Been working on it by myself. Dont know what im doing but they SUCK.
