I had an emergency pump job needed because basement had a lot of standing water so they took care of that on an emergency call and realized I needed a new sub pump because mine had quit...they gave me 2 options; 1 was for $1200 to $1500 they would replace the old pump with a new one and pipe it out the siding, option 2 for $2500 to $3000 they wanted to dig out the croc deeper and add a bigger pump. I told them since my emergency job just cost me $1000 that I would have to go with the first option so that I can try to budget it all. I get the call at the end of the job and he tells me the total for the install of the new pump is a little over $2500 plus a 3% fee for using a credit card. They literally doubled the price on me and marked up the sub pump 70% and because their guys took a lot long than what was supposed to be my price jumped up over $1000. I had to pay for their lack of efficiency without my knowledg. For that price i would have chose the second higher recommended option and or shopped the entire job around. If you're going to go with these guys get your quote in writing or they will get you too.

We had an emergency sewer blockage. I called the answering service. In less than 20 minutes Steve called and we arranged a time to have Todd and Mike come to check out the problem. Todd even called to tell me they were delayed on another job but assured me he would arrive ASAP. Todd explained the issue (tree roots blocking the flow) and had the pipes cleared in less than an hour. We plan to have them return to use cameras to assess the pipes. Their fee was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

We called Bianco Plumbing and two days later we had Mike S. and Dave M. come to solve our problem. They were both very professional and helpful in explaining what the problem may be. There was a sewer smell coming from our bathroom sink. After snaking both the main sewer line and the sink drain plus rebuilding the sink drain with a vent the problem was solved. These guys are the best!
This is the third time we have used Bianco Plumbing and Heating and have been very satisfied every time.

These people are an absolute disgrace on the industry. I used to work for them as a teen through my stepfather. I recieved no pay and was told I needed to work my way up to even matter in the eyes of the company. please believe me when i tell you that corners were cut. I barely knew what I was doing and I was left alone to hang copper pipes for water using flux and a blow torch. They will hire anybody and care not at all for your house or your family.4

I can't say enough about the work and professionalism about busines!! I had to have a whole new sewer line put in due to several broken pipes. Steve and his crew came in and stayed late to complete the job in freezing temps!! Definitely would recommen!!

Recently, lost heat over the weekend. Repair guy changed a thermal coupler, took less than 10 minutes. Charged $315 -- which translates to more than $1,800 for an hour.
In hindsight, should have kept him for the full hour -- snaking drains, cleaning cat boxes, whatever!
Avoid Bianco -- terrible reputation.
