Have had to use Bianco Plumbing and Heating a few times this year to repair old plumbing issues. They have been great at figuring out the plumbing problems, cleaning out drain pipes, replacing facets and upgrading the systems. Their people are courteous, do good work and clean up after the job is over. I find their prices and labor costs are reasonable. I definitely recommend that you give them a call if you want it done correctly.

I don't understand the negative reviews! I am in a remote location with so many issues on two properties and Biancos has saved me so many times. Don't customers understand that businesses have to mark up products to cover all the overhead and logistics of running a small business and trying to pay a living wage to plumbers who are in high demand and short supply? It probably costs them $30 in gas just to get to my property! If you think they are overcharging then see if you can get the skilled labor and every single part (and stock every necessary tool) for less!

Ok now I can review after follow up service on my furnace.
Came out to do service on a furnace I had installed owner of company did service himself due to lack of available trades people in the area, so takes time to get things done.
Cost was covered by warranty!
So we'll done this far will follow up.

Total bummer to deal with these burnouts who'd rather be doing anything other than what they charge absurd amounts of money to pretend to do. I wouldn't use them again on a dare. They overcharge, do shoddy work, have NO service ethic, and play head games with their customers. I am still po'd at my real estate agent for recommending them and making it seem like they were the only option. The Bianco family is trying to sell this business, and have been trying for years; to their credit, they know that they are totally over serving this community if they were ever into it. But who's going to buy the business when they've created so much bad will? There are alternatives who are not into S & M. Unless you are, try the competition.

Always professional, on time and helpful. They go the extra mile for their customers and their community as they have for over 100 years. Great family and great local business.

They claim and some reviewers claim they are ""Friendly""? We just had the absolute displeasure of dealing with one of the rudest people we have ever had to talk to about getting help to connect a propane stove unit. Unbelievably unprofessional and treated us like dirt over the phone. So disappointed. Will not do business with them again,

Run, don't walk!
Got charged 12.98 for a fitting I can buy at Home Depot for 2.48.
Bought fittings and they wouldn't let me borrow the crimp tool, offered 300 for a deposit on an 80 dollar tool... NO. Went to Houghton and Manderfield let me use one of theirs, never seeing me before...no deposit, no i.d., bring it back when you are done. They installed an inefficient, obsolete, years-old model furnace for a friend and charged them over 5k but then refused to service it, it would just not turn on randomly, the HOMEOWNER finally tracked it down to a faulty blower-door switch. Their techs couldn't fix it and then they refused to even come and work on a furnace THEY SOLD AND INSTALLED!!! Their backhoe operator hits a tile sewer line and breaks a chunk off, just shoves the broken pc back, packs dirt around, fills it in... months later... Christmas eve day we are in the front yard replacing the sewer line because of that chunk dislodging and plugging the sewer!!!
Guy has a crawlspace full of sewage from a broken pipe, they tell him no they aren't going in till he gets it cleaned up...? Isn't that what plumbers do, you know... pumps, sewage, etc... An old-school guy came and accessed the pipe thru the other wall, problem solved!!! A client needed a small wall furnace, you know, the size of a suitcase, sent two guys out, one a teenager who did nothing, no hole drilling, no pipe running, no brackets, nothing, my client was charged for two guys at the 65 an hour rate!!!

Called and left a message on ""emergency"" number at 6pm Friday saying furnace quit and 3 small children in home. Still no return call at 6pm Monday.

Had them out for an emergency repair. Came out quickly and did a good job repairing a broken valve from freezing weather. Impressed with their service I had them come back to install a new sump pit and pump. Looks like it's always been there. Very professional installation and cleanup. Highly recommend them.
