I am in awe at the speedy installation of both my new toilet and metal supply line. My water supply line was old and needed to be safer, as we have high pressure here. Chris was called and arrived on time and got to work after my 4 dogs were safely put in the bedroom. I will use them over and over again! Thank you, Bianco I spoke with the nice and knowlegable lady on the phone and she was great, too! I ended up replacing an old toilet with old water supply because she looked but the manufacturer made no guarantees the gasket from tank to bowl would be what we needed. We decided to replace the whole toilet. The cost was a little pricier than I would have imagined, but we don't hire plumbers very often.

Craig installed a water softener and filter and I couldn't be happier! He did an amazing job and kept me informed the whole way of what he was doing and where the different pipes and connections would be placed. Christina was always quick to inform me of scheduling updates. I especially appreciate that Bianco also sells the softeners. Let's me buy local rather than from a big box store. Will not go to anyone else for any future plumbing needs!

We needed our kitchen replumbed for new cabinets, and Chris did a terrific job for us. That was five stars right there. There was a mistake made with the RO system, which would be the start of trouble with a lot of companies. But Bianco is making it right. We had a plumbing emergency which another plumber wasn't able to fix for us, so he referred that work to Bianco, and they dent Gregg right out to take care of a huge issue for us. I'm really happy we found Bianco and will call them again!

This company is wonderful. I was out of town and a friend was staying at my cabin. The water heater wasn't heating so I called for help. The lady in the office was very kind and helpful and a plumber arrived quickly. He fixed the problem and then he explained how to effectively open the cabin up and not have this problem again. Called with plugged drains and Gregg came out right on time the next morning which was Sunday. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it in about 15 minutes! Very pleased and will not hesitate to call them again next time. Highly recommended!
