Keep away from this company. Now that I found another HVAC company , I realize I dodged a bullet. The new service first screened me and asked me more details about my current tank, such as model and the height, so they could determine if the piping would need alterations. They also suggested some water heaters and I chose one where it has built in features, that take care of the sediment, so I won't have to. They also let me know they obtain the necessary permits to do the work. Mike Bianchi never discussed the fact that a permit would be needed, or he would obtain it. Mike Bianchi never told me he only accepts Zelle. That works for him, as he gets his money, but if anything goes wrong on my side Zelle does not offer any consumer protection. Whereas the company I have chosen uses all the standard , commonly recognized way of payment and Zelle, is not one of them. Also, the replacement tank I am getting with more features is considerably cheaper than what Mike Bianchi wanted to charge me. There is a discount coupon I can use which will make the final price , $100 cheaper. I never had any signed legal contract with Mike Bianchi. I decided to stop moving forward , because of what I allege are his anger management issues. His tone ''"" became angry and aggressively verbal, which I allege is emotional and verbal abuse. while also raising his voice, when speaking to me complaining how he is out of pocket $900, and ranting on and on. While I know if you act in a timely manner, he can receive a full refund by returning the water heater he states he bought to the store. I have never laid eyes on that water heater, so I don't know what he did or did not purchase. I allege this is a very scary individual, due to what seems alleged behavioral health problems.

The first time we used these guys to replace a faucet, they had to come back and adjust it so we'd actually get hot water. Annoying but no big deal and it was a decent price. So we used them again to replace other faucets and install a water softener. They were hours late, stayed till 11pm, and then had installed different, less expensive fixtures than we asked for, at a higher price than we were quoted. The water softener wasn't even operational and leaked, and they left a huge hole in the wall. When we reached out about the leak, they stopped responding to our calls.
