The owner Dennis came to my home for the estimate and to discuss the sewer problem, he made me feel comforted about my situation. The estimate was reseasonable compared to other I had received. He squeezed me into his schedule and the guys that came out were polite and informative. The worker showed me a picture of the job done when completed. I really appreciated being showed the photo. The job got done in a reasonable time frame and they cleaned up on the final day. Great job Biagi Plumming! I appreciate your professionalism. You're a Ten Star Company!!!

I've just used these amazing people for the umpteenth time, and every experience has been a pleasure. When you see a ""craftsman"" at work, you just know. Well, I know talent when I see it. All of the individuals they have sent are experts, in my opinion. Extremely clean, knowledgeable and most accommodating. I'm not sure how they find their craftsman, but they sure know how to pick them. Even the office staff couldn't have been more pleasant. I only wish I could give them 7-stars!

I would give Biagi plumbing zero stars if I could. Poor service and the office staff is inempt.

We had a leaky kitchen sink. Clearly we needed a new one installed. Biagi came out and spent less than five minutes in the house and agreed we needed a new faucet. He left stating the staff would text us a quote on three different faucets.

When we did not receive any text. We called Biagi and were told they were ""running behind"". Biagi also stated that they didn't send quotes to a phone only emails. My email was on file as I have received other quotes from them. We never received a quote from them nor a phone call. Weeks later, imagine my surprise when I received a bill from them for $135.00. I had already given up on Biagi and hired another plumber install the kitchen sink by this point.

The invoice stated that Biagi had sent me an email on 2/2 and 2/16. It was never received. In that time frame Biagi never called to check in.

On the invoice it also stated that I was having a Kohler faucet put in. I never approved that.

When I called Biagi plumbing about that invoice, they admitted that they sent the emails to the wrong email address. I was told that I was being charged the full $135 for the plumber just to show up for less than five minutes.

Biagi has a poorly run front office staff. Zero follow up. This all could have been avoided it the staff had taken the time to make a phone call for an open work order. I am being charged for no service. In office or out. I will never use them again. Now I know why my neighbors don't either. The manager Kirk is supposed to call me so far nothing. No follow through and lack of service, and yet I have to pay $135.00. If you look on Biagi's website, it also says the first hour for water repair is free. See screenshot. Nowhere does their website say they charge for an estimate.

On another note, last March we had an emergency issue in our basement. The basement was filling up with water. We called Biagi. They say they are 24 hours, they are not. We never got a call back. Absolute plumbing showed up within 45 minutes and found a solution immediately. Absolute plumbing works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. They respond. Don't waste your time with Biagi getting ripped off.

Great company. Had a small but difficult job that required replacing a pipe in a tight space. Had 2 other plumbers review the problem and both said that it would require a huge amount of cutting into the surrounding drywall and cabinetry.

Kirk and Ben came out and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. It wasn't that they completed the project so quickly that was impressive but rather their display of confidence that they could fix the problem when others said it couldn't be done.

This is the second time in 2 years that Biagi has fixed a problem at our house that others said couldn't be done. Previously, they successfully cleared a storm sewer pipe and found the obstruction that another plumbing company failed to find.

Good, smart guys. I highly recommend this company.

They came out to give us a ""free"" estimate but the guy said that he was here to repair our leak. I told him that I needed an estimate for the insurance company. He said that he doesn't do the estimates and that the office sent him to do the repairs so he left without doing any work. I called the insurance company and they said that it was okay to have the repairs done and then they would send the adjuster out. I called Biagi back and they did the repair. I paid the bill when the work was done. Several weeks later I got another bill from them for 125.00 I called them and said that there must be some mistake because I paid the bill the day of the service. The man I spoke to said that he would look into it and get back to me. I never heard anything back from biagi so I figured everything was fine. Yesterday I got a notice from a collection agency for the 125.00 bill. This is really messed up for biagi to do this to us. They never got back to me just sent it straight to collection. I guess they are trying to get paid twice for the same job. Don't use them!!!!!!

Sincerely, there are NOT enough stars for my review of this wonderful plumbing operation. Indulge me while I set the stage...What started as a typical Friday morning quickly took a turn for the worse when there was a frantic knocking on my door and a Village employee told me that the sewer connection for our 160 year old home was failing. NOT good news. He further explained that the scope of even just a temporary repair was beyond the capabilities of our wonderful Public Works Department. Clearly, there was a measure of urgency here. That is when James Biagi, sensing a bit of an ""emergency"", was able to drop what he was doing and come over IMMEDIATELY. While exuding a calm professionalism and obvious competency (supported by Biagi's stellar reputation), James worked with the Village to secure things for the weekend so that hell would not be unleashed on our neighbors. James then worked his magic to prepare a very fair proposal and assemble an amazing team to begin work that Monday. This exceptional team worked quickly and efficiently until the job was successfully completed. And, as if that was not enough, I was being totally serious when I said they finished a day early and well under budget!!! When does that ever happen?!?! I am sure this old house of ours will present more plumbing challenges in the years to come and I will keep Biagi on speed dial to address all of them. They are a treasure of a resource and I feel so lucky to have found them!

We selected Biagi Plumbing after obtaining three quotes for re-routing drainage from our home's window well/foundation tiles. They proposed a better solution than two other contractors that was endorsed by our town, more complicated yet tied for the least costly. They also installed a sump pump pit and sump pump as part of the solution. Throughout the entire process, I sincerely appreciated their open and very responsive communication style. The work was also done in a condensed timeframe at my request because it was tied to additional work we were having done to our sewer line (that if I had known in advance I would have selected Biagi for). Kirk was particularly excellent and Michelle was also extremely professional and very responsive as well. I also appreciated that (at least in comparison to the other quotes received) their pricing was fair. Would highly recommend and use again.

If you work like you drive, that does not bode well for your work. Tailgating multiple cars within one inch of their bumpers in high speeds and swerving in and out of traffic was not only illegal it was a safety issue. It scares me that people like you are on the road. If I were to judge how you work based on your driving, it would be that you cut corners to get the job done as quickly as possible without working about the quality of work. For the safety of others, please slow down.
