Bi-County Fuels is the best!! They were very prompt and honest. The technician that came out made sure I had a complete understanding of what he was doing and why. To top it off, they were at my house within 20 minutes of me placing the call for service. I will definitely be using Bi-County fuels in the future.

Let me first say that I don't write reviews....I only read them. The experience I had with Bi-County this weekend has motivated me to actually make the effort to recognize great people and a great business. Our water heater ""blew"" on Saturday afternoon and in a panic to find an immediate fix, I started calling all of the local companies that were advertising the ability to respond during ""not-so-convenient"" hours. Bi-County was the ONLY company that responded on Saturday. Jarred was the person that called me back and although he/Bi-County wasn't able to solve the problem the same day, he gave me a timeline and an action plan that would be followed. Sure enough, yesterday morning (as promised) my phone was ringing at 7:30am letting me know they were on their way and just confirming details as to size of new heater, approximate time of arrival, etc. Jarred and John were the gentlemen that handled the removal of the broken heater and installation of the new one. They were polite, courteous, and efficient with the service and I couldn't be more pleased--and relieved--that the issue has been resolved. Our current Air Conditioning/Heating/Plumbing company has yet to call me back. All of our business will be turned over to Bi-County moving forward. Great job!!

I switched to Bi-County after decades as a customer of Brinker's Fuels, which had been taken over by a national chain (with the resulting deterioration in service and prices). Bill Evans and his crew have been helpful when I've needed them, providing prompt service, even on a weekend. Their service plans and fuel prices are competitive. Highly recommended.

When I found our water heater leaking all over the basement, I freaked out. Our house is 22 years old and everything is starting to fall apart at once. I called my friend immediately because she researches everything thoroughly before hiring someone to do a job and she recently had the same problem. She told me she used Sears and scheduled next-day service but it took a week to actually get it fixed, and she got terrible customer service. So I took a chance on Bi-County Fuels, and I'll admit it, it was only because I saw their trucks all over town. And I'm glad I did--they showed up only a couple hours after I placed my call and charged a really fair price. They even removed an old water softener and re-routed the pipes for basically no extra charge. And they didn't demand payment up front--the bill didn't come for quite a few days. I was really happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
