Impossible to over praise this establishment!! I recently had a MAJOR Disaster. A Flood which has destroy my downstairs completely. I had gone without a water heater for a few days and already purchased a water heater, but could not install. I called up BG Plumbing and they responded right away with an available slot the next day. Cost of labor was very reasonable and made sense for the difficulty of replacing a 40 gallon water tank.

Since it was so sudden, I was asked to help a bit and find the parts, though with my (and the hardware employee's) lack of knowledge I was unable to obtain the parts. Bernardo was cool with it and when he arrived, he and I went together and got the parts.

Bernardo got the water tank replaced with no problems at all. I was there to offer help and as I was there, he explained all the steps he was taking to ensure that my new water tank would last, as well as educating me on what the parts of the tank were so I would be able to understand and maintain it for longevity.

Bernardo is a great guy and did an awesome job. Like it says on his van, he got it done right the first time. I'll definitely call him back in the future for any problems I may run into for my house.
