I had gone without a water heater for a few days and already purchased a water heater, but could not install. I called up BG Plumbing and they responded right away with an available slot the next day. Cost of labor was very reasonable and made sense for the difficulty of replacing a 40 gallon water tank.

Since it was so sudden, I was asked to help a bit and find the parts, though with my (and the hardware employee's) lack of knowledge I was unable to obtain the parts. Bernardo was cool with it and when he arrived, he and I went together and got the parts.

Bernardo got the water tank replaced with no problems at all. I was there to offer help and as I was there, he explained all the steps he was taking to ensure that my new water tank would last, as well as educating me on what the parts of the tank were so I would be able to understand and maintain it for longevity.

Bernardo is a great guy and did an awesome job. Like it says on his van, he got it done right the first time. I'll definitely call him back in the future for any problems I may run into for my house.

This morning I contact B Gs Plumbing and Rooter and spoke to Bernard. He schedule to come in same day between 2-3pm. He texted me 10mins upon arrival and arrived on time as scheduled with his wife. I was very pleased, they both have their mask on and shoe cover when entering my home. They were able to diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem right away. Due to the minor fixture there was no fee. I am in absolute awe on how this all went. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I really felt that comfort around them. They are not one of those plumber who is a push over and is out to scam customers. Family owned business who take pride in their work and service! Let's help Support Small Business! This husband and wife tandem are awesome! I called Bernard due to a busted pipe on the main water valve. He responded right away, came in on time and finished the job at a decent amount of time considering it was dark outside. They did everything the right way. One satisfied customer over here. Love that this is a small family owned business. My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air in the middle of this heat wave. Bernardo responded to my request right away. Came out to give me an estimate and see what was wrong with my air unit. Then worked with me to find a time for both of us to do the repair. Excellent work. He always texted if he was running a little late.

This company does what other companies do not do....thats listen to the customer and show up. Hired this company on Labor Day. While 10 other companies was closed or booked to next week, this company showed up. My A/C was not working and again he was on a site. I explained to him what was going on and he stated I will be there after my completion. 1 hour later, he texted me stating he was enroute to my home. He stayed here, and figured the problem out without any indication that he rather be somewhere else. They fixed my issue and even hooked up my new thermostat wi fi while here. This company I would recommend to anyone who is looking for great results at a fair price. Again, 10 other companies wanted to schedule me a week out, while others was closed. Even though his company was busy....he made time to check on my issue...then fixed it. Thank you sir for everything.
