B G's Plumbing is as good as it gets! I'm very particular when it comes to trusting someone to fix problems with our house. I can't say enough good things about B G's Plumbing and I am so glad I found them. They answered the phone immediately, offered to set up a same day free estimate, were at my house within an hour and were even early! Very professional, polite and friendly couple who listened to my needs. Together we discussed options and decided what course of action I was comfortable with to solve the issue. They were very conscientious about their work and cleanliness and to not leave a mess for me to have to deal with once they had left. My leaky shower was fixed and they were in and out in about 1.5 hours and, best of all, for WAY less than I thought it was going to be! I will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. This couple is the best! It was so hot a few weeks ago I could not cook in my kitchen! My AC Unit finally crashed! Bernardo came to the rescue! He and his wife are a perfect team! Very nice and professional at the same time! Their hearts go with the work! I wanted to change the insides of the old AC Unit, but he says they go all the way to make things right! He will replace the outside of the unit as well! I didnt think I could afford that! But he gave me a price I could work with! I will always call them if and when I need AC Service, Plumbing and Rooter! I'm a single lady and some companies try to rip me off! There was none of that with this cute adorable couple! My AC Unit is about my height! Its brand new, looks so nice on the side of my house and my home is nice and cool! I thank God for sending them my way!

Owner Bernardo and his crew are the best! I live in Long Beach and he traveled from the Inland Empire to replace the main pipe from our home. Clean and efficient work, and pricing was very reasonable! I highly recommend him and his team for all plumbing issues.

An outdoor pipe cracked and gushed water everywhere. I called BG in a panic and they were able to show up in 30 minutes and get it under control. They're outside fixing the problem as I type this. Their prices are reasonable for the type of work I asked them to do (changing how the pipe is set up) and it comes with a year warranty. I'm extremely grateful for their promptness and highly recommend them.

After my a/c went out during triple digit heat (of course), I called several companies. A couple of them could not get to me for days and one didn't even bother calling me back. Bernardo (whose license has been verified) answered his phone and fit me into his schedule that same day! He arrived when he said he would, did some trouble shooting with his partner, figured out the problem, had the necessary part on his truck, replaced it, and my a/c was back in business within an hour. I'm a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to call him again for any number of things as he seems to have quite a large skill set.

BG's Plumbing was great! I was having issues with water backing if up into my house. I spoke with Bernardo over the phone and he had men out in the field but offered to come himself right away. Unfortunately I was at work when I called. He then said he'd be there within an hour of me arriving home from work, which he did as promised! He assessed the situation, and got to work immediately... Luckily it wasn't a major issue at the time for me, but he fixed the problem, cleaned up and gave me a few recommendations! Bernardo was professional and kind. We were in need of a plumber last evening and called around and couldnt find one to come out. We found BGs and called them and they were here within a half hour. The plumber was as sweet as could be and very helpful explaining what was going on with our pipes. He even explained what could be done to rid us of our problems that would not be a great expense as we thought would be. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumbing company. Prices are reasonable also.
